NAME OF WORK: Supply and operation of Self Propelled (diesel) Sweeping

machines for municipal / beach area applications with Comprehensive Annual
Maintenance and Operation for the period of 5 years, under Swadesh Darshan
Scheme.

The Executive Engineer, SPV, GTDC, Panaji on behalf of the Managing Director
GTDC, invites sealed item rate tender from the manufacturer/ authorised dealer of
self propelled sweeping machines of make TPS / Roots or equivalent make for
supply and operation with comprehensive annual maintenance for five years, for
the below mentioned type of machines.

3 Date & Time for i) Last date and time of receipt of online application is

ii) The bid opening date will be 06/06/2018 at
3.00pm in the office of the Executive Engineer, PC,
GTDC, Paryatan Bhavan, 4thFloor, Patto, Panaji-Goa.

Eligibility Condition:
The intending manufacturers / authorized dealers who fulfills the following
requirement shall be eligible to apply and are required to scan and upload the
following eligibility documents.
(i) The bidder should be a manufacturer/ authorized dealer in India.
Manufacturer is allowed for JV for operation and maintenance, service
provider, their authorized dealer. Incorporation certificate / consortium
agreement to be uploaded.
(ii) The bidder should have work experience in Operation and maintenance of
the machines for a period of least 3 years in municipal corporation /
Government / PSU / public or private limited companies. Experience
certificate issued by the authority to be uploaded.
(iii) The bidder should upload valid Incorporation/ Registration certificate, PAN
Card and Goods and Services Tax (GST) certificate;
(iv) The bidder should not have been blacklisted by Government, Public Sector
Undertaking, Semi-Government Organizations, undertaking to that affect to
be uploaded.
(v) Bidder should have necessary after sales service facilities and service
center in Goa or neighboring state.

The intending bidder should scan and upload the above documents / certificates
for issue of tender documents.
1. The intending bidder/s must read the terms and conditions of RFP carefully.
He should only submit his bid if he considers himself eligible and he is in
possession of all the documents required.
 2. Information and Instructions for bidders posted on website shall form of bid
document.
3. The bid document consisting of RFP of various types of items to be executed
and the set of terms and conditions of the contract to be complied with and
other necessary documents can be seen and downloaded from the website
www.tenderwizard.com/GOA Or www.etender.goa.gov.in and for
participation in e-tender website visit www.tenderwizard.com/GOA on
payment of fees for tender document and tender processing.
4. Mode of Payment towards Tender Document Fee(TDF), e-Tender Processing
Fee(TPF) & Earnest Money Deposit(EMD) to be paid online through e-
Payment mode via:
i. National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT) / Real-Time Gross
Settlement RTGS) / Axis Bank Over-the-counter (OTC). Tenderer
requires download pre-printed Challan towards credit of ITG available
on e-tender website and make its payment through any of their Bank.
ii. Internet Payment Gateway (Debit/ Credit Card of type VISA,
MASTERCARD or RuPay.
iii. Net Banking: Payment can be made through the Internet Banking of
Any Bank. Those contractors not registered on the website mentioned
above, are required to get registered beforehand.
5. The GTDC reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning
reason thereof.
6. Incomplete applications shall be summarily rejected.

Note: Any Payments made through NEFT/RTGS/OTC will take 24 hours for its
reconciliation. Hence the payments through NEFT/RTGS/OTC should be made at
least TWO BANK WORKING DAYS in advance before any due date and upload the
scanned copy of challans in the e-Tender website as a token of payment.
Incomplete applications shall be summarily rejected. Right to reject any or all
tenders including the lowest without assigning any reasons thereof is reserved.
