1.1. Jackup Drilling Rig “PARAGON L786”

This project completed in Sharjah Company Yard, Project includes
 Steel Replacement of 40Tons.
 Engineering of Additional 250 BBLS mud mixing tank inside sack room along with its piping.
 Engineering Support for New auger assembly, which installed by MISWACO.

1.2. Jackup Drilling Rig “PARAGON L1112 (Ex Noble Ed Holt)”

This project was done half in Lavgan shipyard Ratnagiri India, rest completed from Sharjah yard.
 Steel Replacement of 60Tons.
 New skid was designed for four new anchor winches
 Designed & analyzed escape walkway from helideck to life boat through bottom of helideck.
 Engineering Support for Replacing existing cementing unit, Auger assembly & centrifuge.
 Designed new skid for cement unit & batch mixer analyzed its effect on main deck in transit conditions.
 Designed new foldable walkways in the aft end for space utilization.
 Made lifting plan for Replacing new crane boom.

1.3. Jackup Drilling Rig “NOBLE DAVID TINSLEY (NDT)”

This critical project was done in 20 days from Sharjah yard.
 Total of 65 Ton Steel Replacement
 Engineering done for Cementing unit support structure & anchor winch skids
 Engineering Support for New auger assembly installed on given ergonomic position.

1.4. Jackup Drilling Rig “PARAGON L1115”

 This project kept in hold, completed jobs till date include,
 Complete Engineering done on new third mud pump & associated high pressure piping installation &
modification has been done.
 Designed entire process including lifting plans, lifting structure analysis, foundation structural analysis,
effect on new mud pump assembly weight on strength of hull structure, analysis of mud pump on barge
etc.
 Engineering Support for Associated steel replacement.
 Engineering Proposal prepared for New 10k acid pipeline from main deck loading station to Aft end; New
wire line unit installation; New 500 BBL Mud tank inside preload tank; Modification of existing zero
pollution system.
 Engineering support to thickness gauging done in leg bays during UWILD.

1.5. Jackup Drilling Rig “ALBORZ (NIDC):”

This project was done in 40 days from offshore (iran).
 Total of 40 Ton Steel Replacement done.
 Engineering done in Modification of existing accommodation.

1.6. Jackup Drilling Rig “ADES ADMARINE VI”

This project completed in Sharjah Company Yard, Project includes,
 Engineering support for Fabrication and installation of deep well platform and raw water tunnel piping.
 Engineering support for High Pressure Piping repair.

1.7. Jackup Drilling Rig “Ocean Drilling 1 (Ex: Noble Charles Copeland)”
As this Project Rig owned by the company itself, I was appointed as the Engineer in charge for the project.
This project completed in Sharjah Company Yard, Project includes,
 Total of 140 Ton Steel Replacement done.
 Designed new Raw water tower, crane boom rests.
 Engineering Proposal for MODU to MOU conversion has been done. Total Accommodation facility has
been raised from 80 Men to 300 Men.

2. Storage Tank Farm Turnkey Projects :-

2.1. Al Wasit Power station extension Project:
 Design of 4 no’s (24m dia x 14m ht) of “NFPA 30 Class II” supported cone roof w/o columns fuel storage
tanks as per API 650 Annex E seismic design.

2.2. Sharafco Storage Terminal Project:

 Design of 16 no’s (20m dia x 22m ht, 15m dia x 22m ht, 10m dia x 16m ht,) of “NFPA 30 Class II”
supported cone roof w/o columns fuel storage tanks as per API 650 Annex E seismic design.
 Provided API 650, API 2000 calculations, fabrication drawings, MTO & roof structure software aided
analysis.

2.3. Reliance Storage Terminal Project:

  Design of 29 no’s (18m dia x 24m ht, 16m dia x 24m ht, 12m dia x 22m ht,) of “NFPA 30 Class II”
supported cone roof w/o columns fuel storage tanks as per API 650 Annex E seismic design.

 Design of 11 no’s of smaller capacity supported cone roof w/o columns fuel storage tanks as per API 650

 Reviewed structural fabrication drawings including pipe supports & MTO.

 Construction of 6 no’s (33m dia x 20m ht, 25m dia x 20m ht ) of “NFPA 30 Class II” supported steel dome
roof w/o columns fuel storage tanks as per API 650 Annex E seismic design.

 Roof structure software aided analysis.

3.1. Leighton Offshore Spreader Bar (3200 TON Safe Working Load):
 Engineering support for the Fabrication;
Made from 1.2m Dia x 30 m long x 45mm wall thickness & 0.8m Dia x 20 m long x 35mm wall thickness
fabricated pipes, with heavy padeyes made of 100mm, 80mm, and 60mm thickness plates.

3.2. Pontoon Barges:

 Engineering of 8m Long x 6m wide x 1m height pontoon barge.
 Engineering of 23.8m long x 10m wide x 2m Height 2.24 Ton / m² deck loading heavy barge.

3.3. “Ocean Pride” Tug Boat construction:

 Engineering Support for 15m Beam x 5m x 3m tug boat.
 Designed engine Girder, manual hydraulic steering system, sea chest, diesel tank, wheel house
 Assisted in installing fish finder with chat plotter, VHF, GPS.

3.4. ABS A60 4 men Accommodation container

 Designed A60 fire rated 4 Men accommodation units based on “ABS portable accommodation module
standard” & MLC article iii requirements.
  Structural calculations has been made based on the code.

3.5. Underground pipelines project:

a) Engineering for Laying 2.3 kms, 4 nos of 6” external lines to bunker pits.
b) Engineering for Laying 0.6 kms, 2 nos of 12” & 2 nos of 10” external lines to bunker pits.

3. 4 E Technologies Pvt Ltd Pune.

4E technologies Pvt. Ltd. is Providing Biomass Gasification plant for replacement of fossil fuels like PNG, CNG in
thermal process as well as in power generation application. All above technologies are CDM Project. I worked in
small engineering office held away from the workshop.
Engineering department:
 Worked in Engineering Department on CAD software’s Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
 Develop drawings based on the hand sketches.
 Designed Supporting structures for gasifiers and perform software aided analysis.
 Converting old scanned drawings to AutoCAD.
 Developing 3d cad models, generate same to detail 2d drawings issue to site.
 Site inspection after finishing manufacturing of components.
 Components mainly include nozzles, manholes, & fabricated flanges for odd standard equipment’s.

 Academic Project & Seminar:

 Project: “OXYGEN ENRICHED AIR INTAKE IN A DIESEL ENGINE”
By specially designed Equipment we attained higher oxygen to nitrogen ratio in sucking air of a diesel engine
[KIRLOSKAR 5 HP]. This may be a first step in this sector, since by increasing oxygen content it is quiet easy to
enhance all efficiencies but still due to the strict pollution norms its quiet not practical, but it is found that when
oxygen content in air is made 29% emissions are quiet negligible.
This can be easily mounted in diesel engines which have pre compression units like turbocharger by the way this
can be effectively implemented in automobiles.
