Review Data
Preliminary and Boundary Layer Meshing (Inlet Header, Outlet Brine, and Separator)
Review Data is done to verify the 3D Model that have been made to compare with Isometric
Drawing especially the geometry and type of a valve. The data that have been obtained then
compared with the model. Geometry Data is one of the most important data because it will affect
the result of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation.
Previously, the given data have been reviewed and compared with 3D model. Then, the existing
3D model will be verified. The changed 3D geometry is Brine Pipe Geometry. There is 3D Brine
Pipe Geometry after verification.

3.3 Preliminary and Boundary Layer Meshing (Inlet Header, Outlet Brine, and Separator)
Meshing is probably the most important part in any of the computer simulations, because it
can show drastic changes in results. Many fluid phenomena such as turbulence flow or phase
changing can happen inside the tube. All phenomena that will be analyzed depend on the
mesh that we created. ANSYS meshing used for does the process. Hence, we created the mesh
with the setup as follows.
3.3.1 Inlet Header Mesh
There is setup mesh of Inlet Header
