- Individual full-time program tuition fees are inclusive of course material but excluding recommended Schweser books,
financial calculator and examination fees with the institute.
- Student may reserve their place on the course with a 50% minimum deposit of tuition fees. Outstanding balance must be
paid in full prior to commencement of the course.
- Payment plan are only available to students enrolled on the complete Financial Analyst, Risk and Fund Management
Program.
- Fees are non-refundable but exceptional for overseas student who are not successful with their visa application and upon
receipt of a confirmation of visa refusal issued by the UKBA.
- Kaplan retaking full time student are eligible for a discount on tuition fees and further reduction on the cost of Schweser
Study Material upon receipt of their fail results issued by the institute.
- Students who had successfully obtained their student visa may not be eligible for a refund nor cancel, defer or transfer their
course to the next sitting.

Financial Analyst, Risk and Fund Management Program fees are inclusive of course material, Schweser Essential Prep Study
Solutions and BA II Plus Professional Calculator but exclusive of examination fees with the institute.

Enrolment deadline:
Two weeks prior to commencement of the course. However, as the program gets book up rather quickly I would recommend
enrolling as soon as you are sure that you will be able to commit fully to the program.

International Students:
Enrolment procedure
- Register with the relevant exam institute as a candidate and confirm your candidate ID on the enrolment form.
- Complete the enrolment form and submit along with your application document for assessment of suitability;
o Unexpired Passport
o Unexpired Visa Status / Biometric ID; enrolment is not permissible to holders of C-Visitor visa status
o A valid IELTs certificate with a minimum score of 6.0 or equivalent
o Undergraduate or Postgraduate certificate of award or results transcript issued not more than 2 year.
o Recent passport size photo

Upon successful application of enrolment;


- Your card is debited with the amount as per stated within your application form.
- A confirmation of enrolment is advised via email and follows by formal notifications and receipt of payment in the post.
- A confirmation of CAS is advised via email and follows by a formal certificate in the post.
- An email notification of your registration week is send out 2 weeks prior to course commencement date.

Incomplete application of enrolment;


- Should your Identity and qualification documents met with program entry requirement but no payment details is forthwith;
o A conditional offer of a place is advised via email follows by a formal conditional offer letter in the post.
o Upon receipt of the offer letter, student has 14days to accept or otherwise the offer may not be valid thereafter.
- Should your application contains insufficient documents as required but payment details is forthwith;
o Student will be notified via email to submit any outstanding documents for assessment.
o No payment will be taken from students account
o Any bank transfers will be refunded less administrative cost incurred

Unsuccessful application of enrolment;


- Should your application is unsuccessful;
o We will notify you via email; providing you with reasons as to why your application was unsuccessful and giving
you guidance where leading to a successful application of enrolment onto the program.

Visa Letter / Application of CAS (Certificate of Acceptance of Study)


- As from the 18th Feb 2010, Visa Letter has been made obsolete and replaced by an introduction of CAS (Certificate of
Acceptance of Study) processes where the Institute are oblige to priory submit CAS fees along with student application of
enrolment documents through their online system and acquire a CAS number for student.
- CAS (Certificate of Acceptance of Study) will entail essential references that will help student complete Student Tier 4 Visa
Application and NOT to be enclosed with the visa application for submission to the British High Commission / UKBA.
- An application for Tier 4 general Student Visa will be refused if Tier 4 application is submitted more than 3 months prior to
the course commencement date.
- An application for Tier 4 general Student Visa will be refused if the course start date is more than 28 day after students’
visa has expired.

Students’ responsibility;
- Achieve over 85% attendance
- Exam registration and result reporting
- Submit up-to-date copy of visa status granted under Kaplan Sponsor license
- Keeping your information up-to-date with the exam institute and Kaplan Financial

In view of your enrolment illegibility, kindly send copies of the required documents to my attention either via scan & email / fax or
post (recorded if international). Please note that payment will not be taken should your application document is incomplete or
unsuccessful.
