Detailed Itinerary:

Day 1 - Bangkok - Phuket

Upon arrival at Phuket airport, you will be picked up by our local representative and transferred to the
hotel. Check in at the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. You may opt for Phuket FantaSea
Show (optional) and Phuket City Tour (optional) on this day. Phuket FantaSea Show offers an enthralling
experience, with professional trapeze artists and elephants performing on stage. During your leisure
time, you can also visit the Big Buddha, the night markets, Old Phuket Town, PhangNga Bay or the
Similan Islands (leisure activities are not included in the package). Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 - Phi Phi Island Tour

After a delicious breakfast, get ready for a full day tour to the Phi Phi Islands. Situated in Hat Noppharat
Thara National Park (48 km east of Phuket), the the Phi Phi Islands boast of being one among the most
renowned attractions in Thailand. You will start with sightseeing onboard around Phi PhiLeh Island,
closely passing by the Maya Bay, where the famous scene of "The Beach" movie was shot. You will also
pass by Loh Samah Bay, Pileh Cove and Viking Cave. At Phi Phi Island, you can take the long-tailed boat
up to Laem Tong Beach for leisure activities (on your own) like swimming, snorkelling or strolling uphill
for a breathtaking view. Buffet lunch will be served at a local restaurant on the beach. After an exciting
day, return to Phuket by mid-afternoon and retreat to your hotel. (Breakfast and lunch included).

Day 3 - Phuket - Krabi

Have a refreshing breakfast at the hotel and go on an enthralling road trip to Krabi. Upon reaching Krabi,
check in at the hotel and have the rest of the day at leisure. During your leisure time, you can opt to visit
Railay Beach, The Emerald Pool, Tiger Cave, Klong Thom Hot Springs and AoLuk mangroves. Railay Beach
is one of the most visited beaches in Thailand that lures you with its spectacular views, limestone cliffs
and sparkling waters (leisure activities are not included in the package). Retreat to the hotel for the
night.

Day 4 - Four Island Tour

After a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel, gear up for a full day tour to the Four Island (by speed boat).
You will be picked up at the hotel and taken to the pier from where you will depart to Chicken Island
(KohGai), one of the four islands. Treat your eyes to stunning views of azure waters and indulge in
swimming/snorkelling amidst the colourful fishes and coral reefs. Also visit Phra Nang Cave and get an
insight into the history of the place, which is considered sacred by the local people. Behold the
spectacular stalagmites and stalactites formed in the cave and take a stroll on the glistening white sand.
Visit Ao Nang Beach, one of the most popular tourist attractions in Krabi. Enjoy gorgeous views at the
sea and relax by the shore, amid a serene atmosphere. Return to the hotel and get a good night's rest.

Day 5 - Krabi - Bangkok

Have a delicious breakfast at the hotel and proceed to the airport to board your flight to Bangkok. Upon
arrival at Bangkok airport, take transfer to the hotel and check in. In the afternoon, you will go on a half
day Bangkok city tour. Visit Wat Traimit temple on the edge of Chinatown, which houses the world's
largest solid gold Buddha that weighs about 5.5 tons and stands at a height of 3 metres. The impressive
structure built in Sukhothai architectural style is a must-see for every tourist. You can also visit the snake
farm, go elephant riding or take a paddle boat around the market. You may also opt to go on a one day
Pattaya visit on this day (optional tour offered –cost not inclusive in the package). Return to the hotel
for overnight stay.

Day 6 - Day at Leisure

This day is allotted for leisure. After breakfast, you may opt to go on a Safari World Tour (optional tour
offered in the package), Dream World Tour (optional tour offered in the package) and Siam Ocean World
Tour (optional tour offered in the package). Covering an area of about 170 acres, Safari World is split
into two parts - the Safari Park and Marine Park. You can watch myriad varieties of birds and animals
including lion, zebra, tigers, deer, giraffe, bears etc. in a natural environment. The Marine Park is home
to different species of marine animals like seals, dolphins and others and they also host shows like the
Dolphin Show, Bird Show, Utan Boxing Show etc. Dream World is a huge adventure theme park that
offers endless adrenaline-pumping rides and activities categorized under four theme lands. You may
also visit Siam Ocean World, which is one of the largest of its kind in South East Asia.

Day 7 - Last Day of Tour

After a filling breakfast, check out from the hotel and head to the airport for your return journey.

Terms & Conditions:
All given rates are per person on Twin/Double sharing basis, until unless specified specially in
Quotation.
● All given rates at quota on level are based on real me availability. There may be a change in
price in between the time interval of Quotation and Confirmation of Package. Any such change will be
specified accordingly.
● Special payment and cancella on policy will be applicable during peak season/Blackout dates.
These dates usually – City Events, Regional/National Holidays, Political Conferences, Major Cultural
festivals or any other Event which can affect regular tourist movement.
● In case of unavailability of rooms in given Hotels due to any unexpected scenario, alternate
accommodation arrangement will be made in similar standard available Hotel.
● Room occupancy will strictly be in accordance with the one confirmed at the me of booking.
● Check-in and Check-out timings of Hotels are different and based on the regulations/Policies of
local Hotel unions of concern region/City or general trend of market. These will be specified at the time
of quotation/Communication.
● In case of Triple sharing room, rolling ma ress will be provided for third person. Occupancy
regulations for Family rooms and other Club rooms will be in accordance with Hotel’s policy.
● Availability of rooms, given at the me of Quota on, will be on real me basis and final availability
will be shared at the time of confirmation of package. OYO will not hold any services on confirmed state,
at quotation stage.
● Any booking related with flight ckets will be booked on real me price basis. OYO will not hold
any Air ticket on confirmed basis without final payment of air tickets share. As airfares are extremely
dynamic in nature, any difference in cost, arises during acknowledgement and issuance of ticket, will be
taken care by Client.
● Any amendment in issued flight ckets, like – Change in Dates, Names, timing, airline or any other
information will attract amendment charges as per Airline’s amendment Policies.
● Flight cket cancella on / Refund is strictly in accordance with Airline’s cancella on/Refund
policies.
● OYO Shall not be responsible for any Loss of Baggage / Loss of Belongings / Broken Baggage at
Airport or anywhere else.
● Flight mings are to be kept into considera on while reaching to the airport. OYO shall not be
responsible for any incidence where client is not able to reach airport / Board the flight due to any
reason of personal nature, Insufficient time duration in connecting flights or any other reason related
with airline’s governance like – Delay in Flight, Change in timing / Overbooking by Airline or any other

● Vehicle provided during tour will follow the tour plan specified in the itinerary. Driver in any way
will not be deviated from the specified / common route.
● Vehicle provided during the tour will not be on disposable basis. Any travel, a er the ac vity
decided in tour will not be permitted. Late evening / late night drive apart from designed plan will be
prohibited.
● There are some monuments/areas, restricted for Vehicle entrance by the local authori es. In any
such case, Vehicle will drop you till the nearest possible point and further arrangements will have to be
managed by Client.
● Vehicle will not be allocated on the leisure day (day free for relaxa on).
● Air Condi on in Vehicles will not be opera onal on hilly areas (due to mechanical reasons). Driver
reserves the rights to switch off /operate AC as per the terrain, climatic and vehicle’s condition.
● Any entrance fees, monument fees or any other ac vity charges, including but not limited to
charges in relation to parking, transportation, tolls, taxes, camping, admission, meals etc. will not be
included in the package until and unless so specified specially in inclusion section.
● The above men oned package may not be available with displayed price during Long Week-ends,
National Holidays and Regional festivals. There is a probability of difference in cost, which will be
specified at the time of communication.
● In case of amendment in package due to increase in number of Guests. The difference in cost shall
be borne by the Client/customer.
● Any charges related with on-ground modification/addition of service, which is opted by Client by
his/her own choice and not affecting rest of the tour itinerary, will have to be paid directly to
Driver/Supplier on the behalf of OYO.
● OYO reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour package, in part or in whole, at any time prior
to the commencement of the tour or a particular part of the tour, as the case may be, for any reason
including but not limited to the act of god, act of man whether or not unforeseen and / or unexpected
etc. In all such cases, refund will be processed according to the Cancellation policy of OYO as applicable
at that specific point of time.
● OYO Shall not be held responsible for any refund/Charges, in case of services booked of non-
refundable nature. OYO’s liability in relation to the Package shall at all times be limited to those
circumstances where an express liability has been cast on it under these Terms.
● In case of any on ground issues with any third party, OYO shall try to support in all possible ways
but shall not be held liable for the act and hence will not be liable for any sort of compensation.
● In case of any natural calamity or any other force majeure incident, OYO reserves the rights to
modify/change or cancel the partial or complete tour Package. OYO shall not be held responsible for
refund/Compensation in any such circumstances.
● Package price is a consolida on of different components inseparable in nature in terms of costing.
Any unused service/services due to any unspecified reason, will not be refunded back.
● Refund on cancella on (Cancella on in accordance with Cancella on Policies) is strictly dependent
on Cancellation policies and the refund process will take minimum 14 working days.
● Oyo's en re liability to the Client for any claim arising out of this Package / browsing the website/
application, shall be limited to the amount equivalent to the price paid by the Client for the Package
giving rise to such claim minus all applicable taxes and third-party charges.
● OYO shall not be liable to pay for any loss suffered by the Client, if it is found that the Client had
been in violation of any express or implied directions given by or on behalf of OYO, applicable law, rule
and / or regulations.
● No offer, promo code or discount shall be applicable to this Package unless so expressly no fied
by OYO on its website and this Package cannot be clubbed with any scheme, offer, package of OYO or its
associates.
● All grievances shall first be raised with Customer rela onship team within 15 days of the
occurrence of such event. In case no resolution to such grievance is provided by Customer relationship
team within 30 days, the Client shall have the right to escalate the dispute in the accordance with these
terms and OYO’s applicable policies.
● Client shall be liable to reimburse OYO for any and all losses suffered and / or charges incurred as
a result of the Client’s actions, direct or indirect, in relation t CLient
● This Package shall be governed by laws of India, and all disputes in rela on to this package shall be
resolved via arbitration in Delhi in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The courts
of Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any matter arising out of the Package.
● This Package and all of your rights and obliga ons in rela on to the same are non-transferable and
cannot be assigned without the prior permission of OYO.

Thailand Tourist Visa Details:

To visit Thailand, Indian citizens have two options to obtain Thai Visa:
· Visa in advance
· On arrival Visa.

Visa- in advance

To obtain Visa before your holidays, you need to apply for Thai Visa. Visa application can be made online
as well as offline. Tourist Visa has validity period of 30 days to maximum of 60 days.

● The passport must be genuine and should be valid for at least 30 days.

● You must have a confirmed return cket to show that they are flying out of Thailand within 15 days
of entry, as appropriate.
● You may be asked to show your flight cket on entering Thailand. If you do not possess a flight
ticket to show you will be exiting Thailand within 15 days of entry you will be most likely to be refused
entry.
Note - Open tickets do not qualify. Travelling overland out of Thailand by train, bus, etc to Cambodia,
Laos, Malaysia (including en route to Singapore), Myanmar, etc is not accepted as proof of exiting
Thailand.
It will also be necessary to prove that you have funds of at least 20,000 THB per person and 40,000 THB
per family during your stay in Thailand.
