c. Controversies in the elections or appointments of Directors, Trustees,


Officers,
or Managers of Corpo, Partnerships or Associations
d. Petitions of Corpo, Partnerships or Associations to be declared in the state
of suspension of payments

SC may designate certain branches of RTC to try exclusively crim cases,


juvenile & domestic relations cases, agrarian cases, urban land reform cases
not falling w/in the J of any QJ body & other special cases in the interest of

CIVIL CASES COVERED

All disputes involving parties who actually reside in the SAME city or
municipality may be the subject of the proceedings for amicable
settlement in the brgy. Except:

a. Where one party is the GOVT, or any subd. or instrumentality thereof
