1) Why you bought that product over another ?

- I bought this item last week when I went shopping with my friends. I decide to
get it from small shop in shopping mall. Because Chance Eau Vive perfume is
one of the famous brands which attached me with something : stylish , fashion ,
its smell is very sexy…

2) What are the best source of information?

- Firstly , I saw it on ads at shopping mall , its picture on the ads is very
attractive.

- Secondly , my friend introduced me. “ I had used it” ,she said

- Thridly, it was merchandised on the glass shelves luxurily. And promoter at


here recommended about it.

3) Does your product have positive reinforcement/ negative reinforcement?

- Positive reinforcement: I feel more comfortable for a long day , more confident
and I felt happy when buy it

- Negative reinforcement : I waste a lot of money because of an expensive ittem


4)What is your motivation / your value ?

- My motivation:
+ Person factors: interest, more values

+ Spend money to advance what they see as their personal development and
potential

+ Indirect comparison to other products: this is better choice…

- My value: powerful, indentify, exciting, needed when I have social relations.

5) What is your perception regarding the product?

- Valueable of the woman

- Not only have material value but also spiritual value

- According to Maslow Hierarchy , perfume belongs to belongingness , such as:


clothing, grooming products

- Confident in front of - Spend a lot of money

- I bought it because Mac is famous brands , it have warm colour

- I saw it on facebook , instagram , I had research many color , and I think Mac
Chili is suitable for me

- About positive reinforcement : I felt confident and I felt happy when bought it ,

-About negative reinforcement : I had bought too much lipstick for a week

4)What is your motivation / your value ?

- My motivation : lipstick is very necessary for any ages

- My value that I get : I happy when have another lipstick 

5) What is your perception regarding the product?

- This is demand of the woman

- Not only have material value but also spiritual value

- I bought it because they're so damn cute, and the pop of green is eye-
catching

- The first: I saw it in the store of adidas

- About positive reinforcement : It made me look younger, confident and I


felt happy when I wear it.

- About negative reinforcement :

- My motivation: stan smith have a normal design, I can wear it whenever I


want.

- My value that I get: happy, intresting with it

- Both woman and man can wear it

- Not only have material value but also spiritual value.
