know the feasibility of inquiry-based analytical chemistry modules
in titration material 2. knowing students' responses to inquiry-based analytical chemistry modules on titration material. This research uses Research and Development (R & D) method using the modified Borg & Gall procedure 10 stages. In this study limited to the 7th stage. The instrument used in the form of validation sheets, interviews and questionnaires. Expert validation was carried out on 3 lecturers namely material experts, learning experts, and media experts. Based on the results of expert validation obtained a validation index of 0.799. Thus the product developed is suitable for use. The results of student responses to the modules developed were carried out by small and medium scale trials. In the small-scale trial shows that the average aspects of language and presentation get the percentage of 85.00% and 84.44% with good criteria while the aspects of language and graphics each get a percentage of 86.11% and 89.44 % with very good criteria. In the medium scale trial, the students' responses got very good criteria with 87.83% content aspect, 87.00% language and 90.17% graphical. Based on the results of student responses it can be concluded that analytical chemistry modules are worthy of being used as learning modules.
