Stressbusters

“Stress is the emotional and physical strain caused by our response to pressure from the
outside world.”

Realize your potential, presents a unique stress management program , ‘Stressbusters’. The
program provides information and knowledge about stress and also empowers the
participants to manage stress on their own.

Stressbusters is a modular program, with multiple levels.First level is ‘ Stress Manager’,


second level is ‘Stress Buster’. First level, enables you to be aware of your stress triggers and
manage the strain, second level empowers you to be the stress manager of your life.

The program is suited for anyone who has work or life stress due to a hectic schedule and
has demands on time and attention from multiple sources.
Stress Manager Program Outline
This is a two part based class based program with knowledge sharing,
questionnaires, activities including meditation and stress busting techniques.

The first part is the introduction and skill empowerment and second an
assessment of progress with individual attention given to participants.

Part 1 Program contents (1 day)

 What is stress?
 Stress assessment
 Stress signs and Triggers
 Dealing with Stress – Activities and
 Goal sheet and wrap up

Part 2 Program contents (Part 2 runs for 180 days)

 Individual assessment
 Individual Stress management plan
 Practice (165 days)
 Certification

Minimum 50 participants in one group

 We also provide custom stress management programs based on clients specific requirements.

Methodology

Our methodology includes working on our inner self to manifest fun, ease and joy in our daily living.

Inner work

Inner work is about understanding our stress triggers and stress busters. Awareness of self is the first
piece of the puzzle to change ourselves.

This includes custom solutions for individuals based on their personality, stress triggers and busters.

It includes, body work (yoga, exercise etc), mind work (meditation, affirmations and thought pattern
changes) and essence work (Life purpose, work-life balance and training the sub and unconscious)

Outer Work

Outer work is about how we carry on our daily activities. This part is about training ourselves to live a
more balanced life.

It includes, Daily regimen(Our routines and idiosyncrasies, Expressing ourselves(our communication,


hobbies, interests and leadership patterns) and working style(our pattern of delivery).
