01. Name of assignment or project: Sugar Refinery Plant
Year: FEB’2018- November’ 2018
Location: RFL INDUSTRIAL PARK, PALASH, NORSHINGDI
Client: M/s Mymensingh Agro Limited (PRAN-RFL GROUP)
Main project features: 100 TPD liquid sugar refinery plant of
almost 50 feet clear eave height pitched roof , 35 feet height Raw
Sugar Silo, one bucket elevator, two storied mezzanine which
supports three or more liquor containing tank, few tank bases with a
raw sugar godown.
Positions held: Assistant Manger (Design & Planning)
Activities performed: As an Structural Design engineer
responsibilities include fixing the layout plan as per site condition
and available land, structural design and drawing of 50 feet clear
eave height pitched roof shed, machine base layout plan with
structural design drawing of base, outside brick and wall sheeting
work sectional drawing. Responsibilities also include regular
interaction with project manager and visit the site at regular basis,
regular interaction with clients and approval of design and
drawings.

Location: BUDJONGNAGOR, AGARTALA, INDIA
Client: RFL Plastic Limited
Main project features: Construction of a 1- storied building with
round shed at top. Round shed was done with single pipe
truss.There were already some short column constructed before the
land acquired. So in design consideration some column had to
retrofitted and rest of the member newly designed and constructed.

Activities performed: Fixing layout plan, Structural Analysis,
Design erection drawing, fabrication design drawing, cost analysis
03.Name of assignment or project: 1000 kld capacity Effluent Treatment Plant for mango
pulping unit

Year: Feb’2018- Ongoing

Location: Ekdala, Natore, Bangladesh.

Client: PRAN AGRO LIMITED

Main project features: Design of a suitable Effluent Treatment Plant ( ETP) for treatment
and disposal of 1000 kld wastewater from 60 tph fresh mango fruit pulping and
concentration.This ETP there was following tanks for various purpose which are Bar screen
chamber, TPI Chamber, settling tank, equalization tank, anaerobic digester tank, aeration
tank, clarifier tank and with a two storied LAB room. Equalization tank was about 5m of
depth form EGL. Anaerobic digester tank was about 7m height from EGL. There was
walking platform for maintenance.

Positions held: Assistant Manger (Design & Planning)

Activities performed: Fixing layout plan as per consultant drawing, Structural analysis,
design drawing of various tanks, regular interaction with project manager and visit the site at
regular basis.

04.Name of assignment or project: Coal Yard & Boiler Shed

Year: Feb’2018- Ongoing

Location: BARENDRA INDUSTRIAL PARK, GODAGARI UPAZILA, RAJSHAHI

Client: PRAN GROUP

Main project features: Single Storied STEEL Structure with RCC pedestal footing
foundation & with Mezzanine at Ground floor. The shed have two part. 12 TPH capacity
Boiler part area eave height about 50 feet high. And other part ground floor dedicated for
storing coal & husk and about 22 feet height. Mezzanine floor dedicated for boiler & related
equipment installation. Also there have an 80 feet height chimney structure as for smoke
exhaust. The gross built-up area 23,000 sft (approximately).

Positions held: Assistant Manger (Design & Planning)

Activities performed: Fixing the layout plan as per site condition and available land,
structural design and drawing of RCC structural members, erection drawing of steel prefab
and connection details, Roof and wall sheeting work detailed sectional drawing. Regular
interaction with project manager, clients and visit the site at regular basis.
05. Name of assignment or project: 4- storied New warehouse cum production Building
Year: 2018- ongoing
Location: Danga Industrial Park, Danga, Polash, Norsinghdi, Bangladesh.
Client: Chorka Textiles Limited
Main project features: 4 Storied RCC Moment frame Structure with footing foundation. Ground
floor is dedicated for warehouse and have a mezzanine flor which is dedicated for office
purpose. The warehouse part area floor height about 24 feet high. 1st to 3rd floor are dedicated
for textile related production. There are 4 nos stair case and two lift serves ground to roof floors.
Roof as open roof with a Helipad. Overhead roof using as a Chilekotha, Machine room &
Overhead water reservoir, etc. The gross built-up area 2,00,000 sft (approximately).

Activities performed: Details Engineering Assessment (DEA), Structural stability and
serviceability check, retrofit analysis with retrofitting design drawing preparation for ACCORD,
Submitting all documents to ACCORD and continuous interaction with ACCORD to get safety
certificate, Continuous monitoring the retrofit work as per final retrofit drawing and to send
pictorial evidence to ACCORD after DEA approval.

06. Name of assignment or project: 2-Storied Factory Building

Year: 2016- 2017
Location: DEPZ Extension Area, Savar
Client: Paxar Bangladesh Limited (Avery Dennison Bangladesh)
Main project features: 2 Storied Steel Moment frame Structure along with composite deck
slab and two mezzanine floor at ground and first floor level and with isolated column footing
foundation. Ground floor is dedicated for warehouse and have two mezzanine floor which is
dedicated for office purpose. The gross built-up area 84,000 sft (approximately).

Positions held: Structural Engineer

Activities performed: Details Engineering Assessment (DEA), Structural stability and

serviceability check, retrofit analysis with retrofitting design drawing preparation for
ACCORD, Submitting all documents to ACCORD and continuous interaction with ACCORD
to get safety certificate, Continuous monitoring the retrofit work as per final retrofit drawing
and to send pictorial evidence to ACCORD after DEA approval.

07. Name of assignment or project: 3-storied factory building

Year: 2017- 2018
Location: Ganakbari, DEPZ, Ashulia
Client: Hop Yick (Bd) Ltd.
 Main project features: 3- storied RCC Building with Steel extension part moment frame
structure with Single Column Footing & Pile Foundation. The gross built-up areas are
27825.36sft (RCC) & 17000 sft (Steel) approximately. RCC Part is a combination of Beam &
Column frame with two way solid slab. Steel part is frame Structure along with composite
deck slab.
Positions held: Structural Engineer
Activities performed: Details Engineering Assessment (DEA), Structural stability and
serviceability check, retrofit analysis with retrofitting design drawing preparation for
ACCORD, Submitting all documents to ACCORD and continuous interaction with ACCORD
to get safety certificate, Continuous monitoring the retrofit work as per final retrofit drawing
and to send pictorial evidence to ACCORD after DEA approval.

Location: Chittagong Export Processing Zones Authority, South Halishahar, Chittagong
Client: MERIMCO LTD.

Main project features: 6-storied RCC frame structure building for garments industry and 1-
storied partial RCC canteen and partial steel structure canteen over roof including a 6(six)
storied Annex building with Pile Foundation. The gross built-up area is 60024 sft
approximately. RCC Part is a combination of Beam & Column frame with two way solid
slab.
Positions held: Structural Engineer
Activities performed: Details Engineering Assessment (DEA), Structural stability and
serviceability check, retrofit analysis with retrofitting design drawing preparation for
ACCORD, Submitting all documents to ACCORD and continuous interaction with ACCORD
