Determined, motivated, and enthusiastic student with hopes of becoming a talented dosimetrist. By utilizing practical
problem solving and critical thinking skills, I create high quality treatment plans for my patients. My current/past clinical and
work experience in radiation oncology and other jobs focusing on leadership, teamwork, and time management make me a
strong candidate for a prosperous team. No matter my position or role: dosimetrist, therapist, manager, assistant, food
service, or officiating, I have always adapted to dynamic situations and successfully worked in any environment.

RELEVANT WORK AND CLINICAL EXPERIENCE


Dayton Physicians Network – Medical Dosimetrist December 2018 – Present
 Dosimetrist Duties: Daily contouring, image fusion, treatment planning, EMR documentation, billing, and
assistance with patient CT and treatment setup.
 Eclipse TPS was used to create plans for Varian TrueBeam, iX, and 21EX and Elekta Synergy accelerators.
 Datasets planned on were created by GE CT and PET/CT Simulators with 4D capabilities.
University of Wisconsin-La Crosse – Medical Dosimetry Clinical Internship August 2017 –December 2018
 Clinical Duties: Daily contouring, image fusion, treatment planning, EMR documentation, and assistance with
patient CT and treatment setup.
 Completed within the Dayton Physicians Network at: Miami Valley Hospital South, Miami Valley Hospital
North, Atrium Medical Center, and Upper Valley Medical Center.
 Brachytherapy on GammaMedPlus HDR Afterloader with HDR planning on Brachyvision
 Dosimetric case study of tangential breast treatment that will be submitted to AAMD this fall for publication
 Training and experience in:
 3D Conformal, Electron, Static IMRT, VMAT, and HDR treatment planning
 Treatment planning CT, PET/CT, and MRI fusion
 QA of treatment machine, CT simulator, IGRT, TPS, wedges, and MLC

Springfield Regional Cancer Center – Radiation Therapist May 2017 – December 2017
 Radiation Therapist Duties: CT simulation, fabrication of immobilization devices, daily setup, imaging,
treatment, chart documentation, and billing for patients.
 Treatments completed on both Elekta Versa HD and Synergy accelerators and XVI imaging
 3D Conformal, Electron, Static IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, and HDR treatment delivery
