Business Overview

Cuci-cuci Services is a company based on hand car wash serving the University Malaysia
Pahang, Pekan campus and local area.Muhammad Syaqir Fauzi Bin Mohamed Fauzi is the
General Manager for the business followed by Nurul Farhana binti Mohd Rani as the
Financial Manager, Arjun A/L Asogan as the Marketing Manager, Ahmad firdaus Bin Ilias as
the Administration Manager and Jesetharan A/L Tharman as the Operational Manager. Cuci-
cuci Services will be run in UMP Campus Pekan. The form of business is under Partnership
with agreements as enacted in the Business Plan that include details and particulars relating to
our business including positions and roles of every partner. It is going to be commenced on
30th of December 2018.
There are four aspects included in the management department, which are
Administration Plan, Marketing Plan, Operational Plan and Financial Plan. The details of
each plan will be well elaborated in this Business Plan.
In the Administration Plan, there will be an organizational chart and structure
followed by manpower planning and schedule of task and responsibilities. Then, there is
remuneration plan which cost of RM 9,861, list of office equipments and supplies and the
most important part that is the administration budget that is divided into three expenditure
parts, which are fixed assets, monthly expenditure and others, expenditure. The cost of fixed
assets such as cabin, furniture and office equipments is RM 13, 871 while cost of monthly
expenses consist of EPF (12%), SOCSO (2%), salaries, stationary, miscellaneous and utilities
is RM 14, 180. As for others expenses such as registration fee and business license cost RM
70 and the total administration budget is RM 29, 271.
As for the Marketing Plan, there will be description of products and services, target
market, market size, competitors (strength and weaknesses), market share, sales forecast,
marketing strategies and marketing budget which costs RM 3, 600 that is divided into fixed
assets such as signboard (RM 3, 000), monthly expenses such as petrol (RM 300) and other
expenses such as promotion and printing of business card (RM 600).
Lastly, the Operational Plan also divided into three parts which are fixed assets,
monthly expenses and others expenditure. The fixed assets, infrastructure, raw materials,
machinery and equipments cost RM 53, 664.65 while for monthly expenditure such as
cleaning agent and polish cost RM 4, 047 and no cost for other expenditure. So, the total cost
for operational plan is RM 57, 711.65.

1. The number of motor vehicles in UMP Pekan increase year to year.

2. Student and staff are too busy and usually do not have the time to wash their motor
vehicles at home.

4. Motorists want their motor vehicles to be professionally cared for and treated.

In addition to the aforementioned factors, a majority of cash wash businesses do not make use
of automated systems to render car washing services. As a result, most clients are greatly
inconvenienced by ‘manual’ car wash business as they take long to clean cars and the quality

opportunity and will enter the market by providing automated car wash services. Automated

strategy and will later on diversify to other market segments as the business operations
expand. Cuci cuci Srvices will concentrate on satisfying the needs of all its customers.
Marketing efforts will essentially be targeted towards the individual market segment as the
business is best able to cater for this segment. When the business expands, comprehensive
