q Handle the selection of the operator place per

bay. The function gives permission to operate
from two types of locations either from Remote
(e.g. control center or station HSI) or from Local
(local HMI on the IED front).

SCSWI, Local or Remote?

Remote Local
§ Define Local or Remote in
QCBAY for each bay and
then all control functions will
use PSTO to know if control
is allowed to be done via HMI
or from Remote.

§ SCSWI is the switch

controller that initializes and
supervises all functions to
properly select and operate
switching primary
apparatuses.
