The Customer Project Management scope item realizes the key steps of the end-to-end process for Project Services. It integrates sales orders with project management, allowing you to create
customer invoices for time and expenses - including external services - recorded against a customer project. Invoices can be created on a time and materials basis, a fixed-price basis, or a combi-
nation of both or as periodic services. You can also derive contract values and show whether the contract margin is on plan. After the customer invoice is issued, customer payments can be
monitored. During period-end closing activities, accounting and financial close activities can be performed. The Customer Project Management scope item has strong business dependency with
scope item 1IL Event-Based Revenue Recognition - Project-Based Services and 1P0 (Event-Based Revenue Recognition - Project-Based Services - IFRS). Please ensure the scope item 1IL and 1P0
are included with activation when performing the Customer Project Management scope item. This scope item also supports the analysis of project profitability based on project costs and reve-
nues.
This document provides a detailed procedure for testing this scope item after solution activation, reflecting the predefined scope of the solution. Each process step, report, or item is covered in
its own section, providing the system interactions (test steps) in a table view. Steps that are not in scope of the process but are needed for testing are marked accordingly. Project-specific steps
must be added.
This section summarizes all the prerequisites for conducting the test in terms of systems, users, master data, organizational data, other test data and business conditions.
System Details
System Accessible via SAP Fiori launchpad. Your system administrator provides you with the URL to access the various apps assigned to your role.

Assign the following business roles to your individual test users.

Purpose

9 Import customized Service Cost Level In the SAP launch pad, open Import Employees.

Check the Application Log. Depending on the import status, one of the fol-
