Total productive maintenance (TPM) is a system of maintaining and improving the integrity of
production and quality system through the machines, equipment, processes and employees that
add business value to the organization.

Maintenance experience:

 Hand on experience with production machinery maintenance, repair and modification.

 Hand on experience with service machinery maintenance (pumps, chillers, boilers etc.)
 AM (autonomous maintenance) experience.

Exposure working on SAP software (system, applications & products in data processing):

 Creating of maintenance schedules.

 Creating of inspection schedules.
 Job assignment.
 Creation of job cards and notification.
 Tracking of spare parts.

Experience in the FMCG (fast moving consumer goods)sector:

 Working under intense pressure to meet deadlines and production targets.

 Process flow from raw material to final product.

Reports:

 Efficiency report on automatic lubrication system for conveyers.

 Efficiency report on steam boiler.
 Root cause analys is reports on machine breakdowns.

Projects:

Designed and conducted a cost estimation on a caustic dosing system used by an industrial
bottle washer on a glass bottle production line.
