responded to a report of a personal injury hit and run motor vehicle accident on
Elm Street. Upon investigation the listed subject was found to be the operator of
Narrative: the vehicle that fled the scene and was subsequently located at his residence in
the Town of Potsdam. Subject was found to be under the influence of a
combination of drugs and alcohol. It was also determined there was a 2-year-old
child in the vehicle when the incident occurred.
