Full-stack digital marketing leader
Summary
I have almost 15 years of experience in digital marketing, working with tech companies and also probono with
nonprofits to provide them with the strategy, tools and content to get in front of customers with the right
message at the right time. Whether it’s developing a GTM strategy, messaging or working cross-functionally to
execute a campaign or improve the process, I enjoy the thrill of learning something new and making an
impact on how and what we communicate.

As the global CRM lead and owner of email and in-app messages, I take on a customer-centric view while

Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact with the nonprofit client, and leader of the Service Grant
team (made up of 4-6 consultants). Own the project schedule, ensure effective task delegation, and lead
regular communication and client meetings. Ensure quality control process on deliverables and client
relationships. Drive strategy and review of deliverables including marketing and fundraising strategies.

markets. Drove business growth and improved client satisfaction through strong account management and
creative marketing execution/problem-solving.
Proven skills and success in designing and implementing integrated outbound marketing campaigns, content
development, market research, positioning and messaging for clients including LexisNexis, Hewlett-Packard,

● Conducted research to create quarterly market and competitive intelligence tools that aggregated
