The capuchin monkey named Chico Manco is the "Mirror of Brazil, where
social inequality, lies, corruption, theft, injustice prevails all the time. Does
it have anything like this? I think not, and have lost hope.

Where public authorities are extremely dishonest and corrupt, since much
of the judiciary, the executive branch or speak up, not counting the
Legislature is already corrupted by congenital hereditary ties. Does it have
anything like this? I think not, and have lost hope.

Where the organs as INSS should support the poor and elderly patients,
use of sadistic policy, naming "medical experts" as a "front" for a patient
to foist false physical health, well being, patients die from lack of
assistance and without any protection, nor to the remedy. Medical experts
love, when a patient dies the beneficiary, as well, think: "no more
expenses will boss the INSS. Does it have anything like this? I think not,
and have lost hope.

Where the poor sick worker, or the elderly - buy drugs, and are left
without money for food, or vice versa. Much of the Judiciary, represented
by judges, justices and others, not even deign to read the leaves of the
entire proceedings, judge "for thinking." Just read the whole process if the
subject interests them or will have a return "substantial." Does it have
anything like this? I think not, and have lost hope.

Where the Legislature is without doubt the second most corrupt in the
world. Its members legislate for the improvement and development of
"own pocket," do not care about anything except how to make money
dishonestly, and even now part of the culture and accepted by people as
something normal. Does it have anything like this? I think not, and have
lost hope.

Where they pay more taxes compared to most nations, except that, in
these nations the money is used to benefit the population, which does not
happen here. The funds are diverted to indulge themselves to the
interests of most of those powers. Does it have anything like this? I think
not, and have lost hope.

Where the public education system was considered the third worst of this
universe, let alone the Universities Private Yard, which only interested in
the tuition of unsuspecting students in the level and educational
improvement - nothing. Invite you to step into any state school and
observe: graffiti walls, dirt floors impregnated with bacteria; classrooms
extremely filthy and dirty and without a modicum of hygiene, desks
broken and scratched; crawling insects (cockroaches and rats) and very
dark environments dimly lit, not counting the constant shortage of
teachers and a mediocre education. This can be called a School? Does it
have anything like this? I think not, and have lost hope.

Where there is no respect for history for the past, by those who
contributed to the possible development of this "thing" called the nation.
The three powers only laugh and indulge themselves in general disgrace.
Does it have anything like this? I think not, and have lost hope.

Where public authorities have got used lies which are constant and
continuous, long time. Since once, you hear that "everything here is better
than other countries." You think people from other countries agree with
these grotesque statements? Does it have anything like this? I think not,
and have lost hope.

Where the state Public Authorities, in loud and clear that "everything here
is better than the other countries, engineering, medicine, civil law,
football, professionals in general, compare towns with national European
cities Finally, everything here is better than the others; damned lies trying
to fool the people is also lamb, and pretend to believe unfortunately. Have
you seen people in this country to win Nobel Prize or the inventor of
something important for humanity? Not much less beer and caipirinha.
Does it have anything like this? I think not, and have lost hope.

Where also the public health system, which alias is the third worst in the
world, as major indices of diseases that are already long ago eradicated in
most developed nations or in the development process, and that still
prevail here and that are being analyzed and pseudo-pseudo-searched to
then produce a pseudo-medication, with high prices for direct sales to the
population. Part of the large public hospitals lack even the bandages, and
poor hygiene, with general public appointed by corrupt officials, (hangers
job), not to mention the terrible service of the pseudo-professional who
pretends meet patients. Does it have anything like this? I think not, and
have lost hope.

Where employees of public offices, "there are only painted nails and redo
her makeup on their faces worn by laziness, not caring one whit for the
poor and unhappy taxpayers who need some service, like the infamous
SPPREV thus as in most public offices in this country, not counting the
departments of public safety agencies. Try connecting to a public service
and they will verify that the link is not complete or not will be answered
Will's no way all this? I think not, and have lost hope.

Where public safety is part of the corrupt, violent, indifferent to the

citizen: hardworking, honest, decent and dutiful. Unhappy is the one who
need the services these bodies will be treated as garbage, much worse
than criminals. Does it have anything like this? I think not, and have lost
hope.

Where "you are guilty until proven innocent" and the assertion is
commonly employed. Does this help it? Usually this country's assertion is
this, one has to prove that you are you continuously, and photocopy and

photocopy certified by notary more that are true money making
machines, not counting with an organ called the Traffic Department. Does
it have anything like this? I think not, and have lost hope.

Where to apply fines for violations exist, just to make money for the
coffers of the State Governments, Federal and Municipal, robbing citizens
of the little money he has left and who worked hard to earn it. So is this
Dad eighteenth world. Does it have anything like this? I think not, and
have lost hope.

Where actors and filmmakers of international renown state categorically

that this country and its people are trash, and its authorities, just smile
and delight with the later films shot in this country, played and produced
by these same actors and producers. So there are no morals or dignity,
never. If you think this country and its people are well regarded out there
have been fooled all this, knowing that, in developed countries and
developments in depth, as Brazilians do not admit residents as well as
placing numerous barriers to applying for Brazilians tourists. Are they
wrong or wrong? Does it have anything like this? I think not, and have lost
hope.

Where buildings are residences: pixados by vandals; historical sites are

destroyed, the elderly are considered dead weights, population health is
precarious, and failure to population prevails in public services, corruption
is widespread, education and moral and intellectual formation are
marginalized, the violence is increasing, the lies are developed, globalized,
constant and uninterrupted, the government and politicians think only in
themselves and in particular in their pockets, the population also presents
great guilt by accepting whatever you are crestfallen tax and proclaimed,
skyrocketing taxes and defrauded invented, created (day after day), and
applied indecorously on the population. Does it have anything like this? I
think not, and have lost hope.

Where companies privately-state as the Brazilian Cia.Telefonica regarded

as the worst and most inefficient in the world, and its officials are bad
qualities, and yet still have the same privileges and subsidies even after
the sale. As the Brazilian Telephone Company there are many more, with

the same privileges and the same mancomunações of government
authorities, not to mention that most foreign companies allocated in this
territory, "paint and embroider," because they know that with "money
here everything they can. " Try to contact by phone any of these
companies SAC, and others, and will concede that nothing is resolved,

Where a foreign person when they return to their country of origin and is

That even where free medicine, food baskets and other things, intended
to meet the need of the population, are hijacked by officials and sold on
black market. And our pseudo-authorities, who say they are competent,
do nothing but pretend they do. Lies and more lies and lies is just what we
heard all day. Does it have anything like this? I think not, and have lost
hope.

Where any request is made that the public agencies to obtain necessary
documents and legal - is indispensable for the payment of bribes to
officials, because otherwise, your request remains in the bottom drawer
of that, indefinitely. Corruption and more corruption and only the most
widespread corruption in municipal, state and federal. Does it have
anything like this? I think not, and have lost hope. And only remains for us
to think and compare, that truly, Chico Manco is "The Mirror of Brazil."
