LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF

FELIPE OLVINA YEPES, JR.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, FELIPE OLVINA YEPES, JR., 82 years of age being born on

April 6, 1934, widower, actually residing at San Isidro, Tomas Oppus,
Southern Leyte, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and
not acting under undue influence, violence, fraud or intimidation of
whatever kind, do by these presents, declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament which I have caused to be written in English, the
language which is known to me. And I also hereby declare that:

That after my death, I give and bequeath to my three (3) legitimate

children the following properties:

For MARIA SHEILA Y. VALDE:

1. A parcel of land located in Ibarra, Maasin City,

Southerm Leyte with an area of 109 square meters
where her residential house is presently erected;

2. One-third share of a parcel of land designated as Lot

No. 3521-A located in (Luksu-on) Punong, Tomas
Oppus, Southern Leyte in accordance with the
Technical Description hereto attached as Annex “A”
hereof;

3. One-third share of a parcel of an agricultural land

(presently cultivated by Victor Yepes) located in
Punong, Tomas Oppus, Southern Leyte; and

4. A portion of a parcel of land designated as Lot No.

3182-A with an area of 732 square meters located in
San Isidro, Tomas Oppus, Southern Leyte in
accordance with the Technical Description hereto
attached as Annex “B” hereof;

For MICHAEL R. YEPES

1. One-third share of a parcel of land designated as Lot

No. 3521-A located in (Luksu-on) Punong, Tomas Oppus,
Southern Leyte in accordance with the Technical
Description hereto attached as Annex “A” hereof;
 2. One-third share of a parcel of an agricultural land
(presently cultivated by Victor Yepes) located in Punong,
Tomas Oppus, Southern Leyte; and

3. A portion of a parcel of land designated as Lot No.

3182-B with an area of 733 square meters located in San
Isidro, Tomas Oppus, Southern Leyte in accordance with
the Technical Description hereto attached as Annex “B”
hereof;

For VICTOR R. YEPES

1. One-third share of a parcel of land designated as Lot

No. 3521-A located in (Luksu-on) Punong, Tomas Oppus,
Southern Leyte in accordance with the Technical
Description hereto attached as Annex “A” hereof;

2. One-third share of a parcel of an agricultural land

(presently cultivated by Victor Yepes) located in Punong,
Tomas Oppus, Southern Leyte; and

3. A portion of a parcel of land designated as Lot No.

3182-C with an area of 733 square meters located in San
Isidro, Tomas Oppus, Southern Leyte in accordance with
the Technical Description hereto attached as Annex “B”
hereof;

4. A parcel of land located in San Roque, Tomas Oppus,

Southern Leyte with an area of 82.622 square meters; and

5. A parcel of land designated as Lot No. 3589-D

located in Punong Tomas Oppus, Southern Leyte with an
area of 2,151 square meters in accordance with the
Technical Description hereto attached as Annex “C”;

All other properties not mentioned herein but are later proven to
be mine shall be given equally to my above-mentioned children MARIA
SHEILA Y. VALDE, MICHAEL R. YEPES and VICTOR R. YEPES.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 23 rd day

of May, 2016 in Maasin City, Southern Leyte, Philippines.

ATTESTATION CLAUSE

We, the undersigned attesting instrumental witnesses whose

residence are stated opposite our names do hereby certify: That the
testator Felipe Olvina Yepes, Jr. has published unto us the foregoing
WILL consisting of three (3) pages numbered correlatively in letters on
the upper part of each page as his Last Will and Testament and signed
the same and every page thereof, on the left margin, in our joint
presence and we, in turn at his request have witnessed and signed the
same and every page thereof; on the left margin, in the presence of
the testator and in the presence of each and all of us.

issued on 08-18-06;

Witness Aurora Lina Kudera, with OSCA ID No. 25529381 issued

on 4/27/07;

Witness Jaime Kudera with Passport No. GM872232 valid until 12

November 25;

Witness Shineth Divine Alejandre, with ID No. 14100409 issued

by the College of Maasin;

all known to me to be the same persons who signed the foregoing Will,
the first as testator and the last three as the instrumental witnesses,
and they respectively acknowledged to me that they signed the same
as their own free and voluntary act and deed.

This Will consists of four (4) pages, including the page on which
this acknowledgment is written, and has been signed on the left
margin of each and

every page thereof by the testator and his instrumental witnesses, and
sealed with my notarial seal.
