SUBJECT: INVITATION TO 40-HR POLLUTION CONTROL OFFICER TRAINING

Environmental Greetings!

Pollution Control Association of the Philippines, Inc. Region VIII Chapter (PCAPI VIII) is pleased to
invite you to a 40-Hour Basic Pollution Control Officer (PCO) Training Course. This training aims to
assist PCOs in the region to practice environmental compliance and earn the required units for
accreditation in compliance with DAO 2014-02: Revised Guidelines for PCO Accreditation.

The schedule of the training will be on December 3 – 7, 2018 at Don Felipe Hotel, Ormoc City.
Registration fee is Php 8,500.00 inclusive of am/pm snacks, lunch, training kit, plant tour and
Certificate of Attendance. Please note that accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

We have allotted 60 pax slots only for this training on a “first come first serve” basis. To confirm
your attendance, please fill out confirmation slip attached to this training invite and email to
pcapi.r8@gmail.com. We would appreciate receiving your confirmation on or before
November 23, 2018.
