Statement of the Problems

This study aims to determine the Assessment of Mental Health Status and Academic

Performance Level of Senior High School Students in St. Anthony’s College SY 2018-2019

Specifically, this study will seek to answer the following questions:

1. What are the characteristics of the respondents in terms of age, sex, average

family income and year level?

2. What is the awareness on E-cigarettes among senior high school students when

grouped according to sex and year level?

3. What is the prevalence of use of E-cigarettes among senior high school students

in terms of age, sex, average family outcome and year level?

4. Is there a significant relationship between the awareness and use of E-cigarettes
