Re: Writ of Execution of Civil Case No. SC 14-820

(Entitled: Saleh Fahad Aljaber vs Erlindo Agliwang, Jr.)

On 19 August 2014, the Municipal Trial Court in the Cities, Branch 2 of Angeles City
rendered a favorable decision for Mr. Aljaber and issued the Writ of Execution for above
entitled case.

The matter was then transmitted to the Sheriff of the Municipal Trial Court in the Cities,
1st Judicial Region in Baguio City and the firm paid the fees required by the Sheriff’s office.
This was the last notification that the firm has received on the matter.

Upon further inquiry with Sheriff Jose E. Orpilla of Baguio City through phone calls, the
firm has acquired a copy of the Sheriff’s notice on 28 August 2014. Sheriff Orpilla in Baguio
City served a “Final Demand to Pay” to Erlindo Agliwang, Jr. at his last known residence at
No. 51 Holy Ghost Extension, Baguio City, a copy of which is attached with this document.

Per information from Sheriff Orpilla, Agliwang no longer resides in the abovementioned
address, which is also his mother-in-law’s house. However, even the mother-in-law does not
reside at that address and merely rents it out.

As recourse and to finally implement the Writ of Execution in favor of Mr. Aljaber, the
Sheriff is requesting Mr. Aljaber or any of his representatives to accompany him in his next
service of the Writ.
