A residential treatment facility for adolescents
Clinician (February 2013 to July 2014)
Full-time position. Leading of residential treatment group home for juveniles with various mental health,
substance abuse, and behavioral problems. Clinical supervision of residential staff, including on-call
services. Provide treatment services including assessment (mental health, substance abuse, behavioral),
counseling for youth and their families, treatment planning, therapy, behavior modification, and discharge
planning. Documentation provided in compliance with agency policies and standards determined by the
State of Delaware, as well as assisting in internal policy and procedure development and budgeting tasks.
