The relay type model contains most of the elements of the actual recloser: 4 phase TCCs, 4 Ground
TCCs, High Current phase and ground elements, High Current Lockout phase and ground element,
SEF element, ground precedence, sequence coordination. The support to the reclosing logic allows
defining the operations to the lockout, the reset time, the reclosing time for each reclosing attempt and
the number of SEF trips before the lockout. For each trip High Current element and the High Current
Lockout element can be enabled or disabled. The recloser is able to detect the “cold load” condition. If
the relevant feature is enabled the recloser will trip using the “cold load” phase and ground TCCs; it’s
possible to define the max number of trip before the lockout during the “cold load and the duration of
the “cold load“.
