3. Query Instance

An Instance can be queried in multiple ways

 Query instances based on any of the following search criteria:

 Item Instance: Enter the instance # from the order you booked. Please see Pre
Demo instructions.
 Owner Name
 Owner Account Number
 System Name
 Purchase Order Number
 Asset Number
 Agreement Name
 Serial Number
 Sales Order Number
 Contract Number
 External Reference Number

All the matching instances are displayed

4. Transfer Product

 Under the Current Location region, in the Type LOV, click to select Party Site

 (B) Go

 Enter value for the fields and hit Go after entering value for each field:

Party Name AT&T Universal Card
Party Number 1005 (defaulted based on Party Name)
Address 5645 Main Street

 (B) Update

Owner information is updated successfully.

5. (H) Contracts (located on the left hand side of the html page)
 Contract screen is launched

 Locate your new service contract created for the transferred product

If there are a bunch of contracts listed, you may want to identify your contract by
looking at the Start and End date of the contract

You can view the details of the contract by clicking on the contract # hyperlink

Once you have identified your service contract number for the new customer, you will
need to log into Service Contracts Manager, Vision Enterprises responsibility to edit the
contract and eventually submit the contract for approval for AT&T.

6. Log into Personal Home Page as ebusiness/welcome, Service Contracts Manager, Vision
Enterprises responsibility

7. (M) Launched Contract > (T) Contract Navigator

 Under Contract Group, select the Service folder

On the right hand side of the form, a list of contracts will be listed

Place your cursor on the right hand side of the form and right mouse click to select
Refresh

Locate the contract number and right mouse click to select Open

 (T) Lines > (ST) Products/Pricing

 On the product line, you will see that the transferred product has been end dated
