Secretary JKAACL and convenor of Kashmiri Board of Sahitya Ekademy has made tremendous
contribution and late Mohammed Amin Shakeeb as founder Secretary General of the only literary
movement of State Adabi Markaz Kamraz made himself at the service of art, culture and literature.
On the occasion Nisar Azam received the award on behalf of Dr Masoodi who could not make to
the event due to his not being well since some time past. Leading literature and poet Hassan Azhar
