1. Can we customise our photo book? We want to make an order for each member of
our team, as a gift for Christmas.
2. If we have 10 books to print, we have to make a different order for each one?
3. How long does delivery take? As we stated above, the books need to be ready and
received right before Christmas.

Thank you for your letter of 7 December, in which you enquired about the process of working
with our company.

We are pleased to enclose our response to the question as requested.

You can customise your book, to save you time and effort, we automatically create all of the
page layouts for you. If needed, you will be able to: add photos from your phone or laptop;
delete unwanted photos; add, change or delete captions; change the book's page order.
You do not have to make 10 different orders, we can provide you a serial number to use and
create your books without ordering them separately. From the time you place your order,
your Tremo Books should be with you in about 9-21 days, so if you order them in the next 5
days they should get in time for Christmas. Yes, you can name your books, the name will
appear on the book spine and we can include up to 200 photos, with one photo per page.
The price for one book is 20$ and we also offer a discount code of 30% for orders over
150$. Your serial number is: 012519.

Order 120519 of 11 December 2018.

I am writing in connection with our above-mentioned order for 10 books whose shipment has
just arrived.
While checking the order, I found out that one of the 10 books it is a duplicate. Giving the
fact that I cannot do anything with it, I also cannot buy another gift for my employee, it would
not be correct.
I would like a refund for the book and, if possible, to be sent the correct one instead. To help
you avoid the transportation cost, we could find another courier that also delivers on
Christmas day too and we are willing to pay it.
