Introduction

Professional development deals with innovative ideas in order to avoid the stagnation

and enhancing the current role for future development. On the other hand, the

organization uses the bigger budgets more employees for managing larger projects and

it provides various innovative methods of learning for achieving goal of company. This

also includes the setup of goals that needs to be achieved and accordingly planning

requires to be performed for achievement of those goals.

In this assessment we are going to define the various factors requires for managing the

professional developments and enhancing of learning skills such as training and skills.

This report also will provide the ideas of change management that plays a vital part for

compete the changing style of market. Apart from that, it will provide the necessary

model of learning for self-work development and development of the professional

workplace as well.

Findings:

Role model regarding organizational workplace

This is defining as the goals of the corporate and it is identified as the demonstration of

sound leadership, good work ethics and reliability to perform. This role model is one of

the vital factors required to enhance the encouragement and, motivational skills of

employees. This criteria of professional development helps to get aware of preferred

style of leadership including roles and regulation for development of profession. This

also includes the capacity to perform (Gould& Taylor, 2017):

In order to perform the work appropriately a leader is required to aspire in order to

perform the following tasks that are as follows:

A. Planning of workforce- Planning is considered as one of the key factor in order to

act efficiently for achieving the goal. On the other hand, planning includes the

gathering of information and data that provides relevant ideas for roles and

responsibilities among their workforce (Bolden, 2016).

B. Action plan to be creating the proper path- This includes the planning of action

that may includes self-goal or goal of corporate as well. Additionally, it emphasize on

the logical format for the information about the task that is required to be performed.

C. Skills planning- This factor includes the logical process in order to act accurately

and in organized manner. Stakeholder should be selected according to their knowledge,

skills and experiences. This also includes the advice from the supervisors for

overcoming the possible outcomes during the operation of the process to be executed.

D. Development of leadership ideas and skills- This includes the natural leadership

skills that are required to be employed at workplace in order to perform efficiently for

the goal. Additionally, this includes the honest, respectful and reliability of employee in

order to develop his or her own skills for future prospects of organization.

Vision and mission of organization- This includes the goal of the organization that

requires proper management of development skills and methods for execution.

Impact of job responsibilities- This includes the individual approach in order to

complete the task along with commitments and competence. This behaviour of

individual is to perform in any situation and overcome the outcomes gently.

Effects of self performances- This criterion includes the individual skills and

knowledge that is required to perform efficiently for company’s goal.

Uses of learning skills- This is vital part includes the implementation of developed

skills and ideas during the operation

Importance of development of work and professional goals- This requires setting of

specific goals that is to be achieved. This includes SMART principle that is as follows:

Change management-This includes the following methods for professional

development:

A. Telling/Directing- This requires high input of the behaviour of task and less amount

of behaviour of relationship. For example-the school principal is planning for science

workshop training for that it requires detailed monitoring, specific checklists and

responsibility of the teachers for the group progress (Johnson, 2018).

B. Coaching- This includes the specific skills in order to improve the performances

and accurate result of completion of task.

C. Delegating- This requires assigning of the responsibilities, roles fore completion of

task in order to achieve high-level commitments and competences (Cummingset al.

2014).

D. Technologies for effective management- These methods include the use of

efficient technology. This technology includes the design of innovative computers and

supply to the workplace in order to manage their work performances (Kerzner&

Kerzner, 2017). For example- smart phones, Tablets, databases and so on are efficient

tools required and this also required stakeholders in order to identify the task to be

performed

Maintaining work balance - This includes the stress free environment in order to get

satisfactory result for high level of competence. For example- person interested in

learning to drive a car for that it needs an instructor to get motivated and proper ideas of

learning as well. Additionally, if mismatch between the style of leadership and level of

development will be harmful.

Maintaining competitive edges- This factor require proper corporate planning,

priorities and personal action plan accordance to standards of competence that includes

standard work performance to be achieved. This includes the employee’s awareness for

their occupation, codes of conducts, organizational rules and policies and so on.

Benefits of network- This includes the foreign as well as local alliances that help to

provides information and opportunities for development of business (Gorliet al. 2017).

Network also assists in negotiations with the stakeholder and provides necessary advice

for competing in this current scenario.

Feedback from clients, personal experiences and others- Within the organization it

is highly essential to have extensive experiences from the history of working.

Additionally, negative and positive feedbacks are required in order to respond to the

project efficiently. This includes constructive feedback that usually use during

successful operation of projects.

Recommendation

The report helps to provides necessary recommendations like follows:

B. Use of technological tools for development of profession

C. Determining of the essential needs for development

D. Necessary feedback is required for further improvements

The report provides the necessary opportunities to enhance the learning skills and

training required for development of profession. Additionally, it helps to provide the

SMART goal for the development and helps in enhancing the experiences from other

clients. On the other hand, provides ideas for healthy workplace for motivation that is
