ON 1/13/19 AT 1326 INSIDE THE FASHION PLACE MALL LOCATED AT 6191 S STATE ST MURRAY, UT, JORGE
CRECENCIO-GONZALEZ WAS PRESENT WITH SEVERAL KNOWN AND DOCUMENTED GANG MEMBERS OF THE
"FLORENCIA 13" GANG. CRECENCIO-GONZALEZ ENGAGED IN GANG ACTIVITY WHEN HE AND OTHER MEMBERS
OF HIS GANG CONFRONTED A FEW MEMBERS OF AN OPPOSING AND RIVAL GANG AND INTENTIONALLY
ATTEMPTED TO CAUSE THE DEATH OF TWO PERSONS BY FIRING A HANDGUN AND STRIKING BOTH VICTIMS.
CRECENCIO-GONZALEZ DROVE THE VEHICLE TO FLEE THE SCENE OF THE INCIDENT.

The person would constitute a substantial danger to any other person or to the community, or is likely to flee the
jurisdiction of the court
CECENCIO-GONZALEZ IS A KNOWN AND DOCUMENTED GANG MEMBER OF THE "FLORENCIA 13" GANG. POST
MIRANDA HE ADMITTED TO BEING PRESENT AND DIRECTLY INVOLVED WITH THIS ATTEMPTED HOMICIDE.
