Personal Review
What achievements are you proud of?
Dealing with certain cases such as McKinley investments in a calm manner, also assigning
the case to myself and dealing with it from start to finish. Also becoming a little more
confident and relying less on Javier.

What do you need to do your job effectively? / What could be done to improve your
working life?
Another notepad would be awesome!
Finding a way of improving functionality of CRM to aid in case creation and management. Either that or
having the oportunity to learn how to add parts to it myself. (E.G Joe's buttons, as we are needing a couple
more due to the changes in workflow).
Have a replacement Andrew as to not put too much of my questions onto Paul + Javier when they are
always busy.
What are challenges or obstacles you are faced with in your role?
Points in the office when other engineers are on holiday, sick or onsite it caused a
reasonable amount of stress on the remaining engineers that are present. this can be quite
stressful especially when customers are wanting indepth work to be done when its hard
enough staying

I would like to assist in looking into our workflow and filing it down to a point were
improvements from a technical perspective and also a communication perspective can be
identified and addressed. I feel there a at least a few point that need to be at least addressed
if not looked into including our CRM system. the way we handle reminders and the like. Being
a IT company we should always been looking to forward ourselves technologically and not
allow ourselves stagnate this could also address certain workflow issues and productivity.
What support do you need to do this?
The opportunity and time to communicate with the other OPs to discuss issues found with processes and
systems we are currently using. Identify why it is we are keeping certain systems if faults are found and
identify what can be done to make them better to increase work productivity and if its not possible talk about
the potential of alternatives that all members of the team are happy with. I feel as a team we don't really
communicate the issues or how to resolve them. (Obviously apart from we have no real time to look into
these things, but I feel we are missing out on something that could help the business be more efficient.)
