SANGGUNIAN RESOLUTION NO. 2015-051

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MAYOR DALE B. CORVERA
TO TRANSFER THE FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION
TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 1,200,000.00) FROM
THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF CABADBARAN TO THE ACCOUNT OF
BARANGAY CONCEPCION, THIS CITY, CHARGEABLE AGAINST
INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT - BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT
PROJECT (SUPPORT TO BARANGAY) P 500,000.00 PERFORMANCE
INCENTIVE PROGRAM - P 700,000.00 FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION
OF BARANGAY PRIORITY PROJECTS

WHEREAS, presented to the Sangguniang Panlungsod for appropriate action is

the letter of City Mayor Dale B. Corvera requesting the Sangguniang Panlungsod to
authorize the City Mayor to transfer the funds amounting to One Million Two Hundred
Thousand Pesos Only (P 1,200,000.00) from the City Government of Cabadbaran to
Brgy. Concepcion;

WHEREAS, as proposed by the Barangay Council, the fund shall be used for the
proposed construction of covered court located at Barangay Concepcion, this City;

WHEREAS, the source of fund will be sourced from Institutional Development

- Barangay Development Project (Support to Barangay) P 500,000.00 Performance
Incentive Program - P 700,000.00 for the implementation of Barangay Priority projects;

WHEREAS, the City Government is bent on helping the barangays in their

developmental projects endeavor.

NOW THEREFORE

BE IT RESOLVED,by the 3rd Sangguniang Panlungsod, in its 79th Regular

Session assembles, to authorize City Mayor Dale B. Corvera to transfer the funds in
the amount of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 1,200,000.00) from the
City Government of Cabadbaran to the account of Barangay Concepcion, this City,
chargeable against Institutional Development - Barangay Development Project (Support
to Barangay) P 500,000.00 Performance Incentive Program - P 700,000.00 for the
implementation of Barangay Priority projects.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to forward a copy of this Resolution to Hon. Dale B.

Corvera, City Mayor and to provide copies of the same to the City Budget Officer; the
City Accountant; the City Engineer; the City Treasurer; the City Legal Officer and the
Council of Barangay Concepcion, all of this City, for information and appropriate action.
