The following is the modification to the Part I. Bidding Procedures (Section II Bid
Data Sheet) for Development and Maintenance of Losal - Salasar - Ratangarh
Section of SH-7 & SH-92 Excluding Overlapping of SH-20 from Nechhwa to
Salasar, Total Length: 78.603 Km in the State of Rajasthan on Engineering,
Procurement & Construction (EPC) Mode.(Package No.: RSHIP-ADB-
TRANCHE- 2/EPCI03). The deletions from the earlier text are indicated as
strikethroughs and additions are bold & underlined.

ITB 19.1 The Bidder shall furnish a bid security in the amount of
INR. 2,2),43,000 (Rs Two Crore TVrenty Five Lakh
Forty Three Thousand Only) 1,42,36,000 (Rs One Crore
Forty Two Lakh Thirty Six Thousand only) in favour of
Project Director (PPP), J!I.Y PWD Jaipur, issued by a
Scheduled Bank as per Reserve Bank of India
Act,1934 or a reputable bank located outside India.
