INPATIENT MEDICAL RECORD INFORMATION SYSTEMS

IMPLEMENTATION COMPLETENESS IN VISUAL BASIC.NET USAGE AT
RSUD CIBABAT CIMAHI

This research aimed to analyze, design, and implementation of

information systems completeness of recording of inpatient medical record at
RSUD Cibabat Cimahi. Data collection used observation, interviews, and
literature study. The systems of development Method used prototyping.
From the research conducted in fact the problems in recording
completeness analysis section of inpatient medical record RSUD Cibabat Cimahi
such as : (1). There were no information systems completeness of recording of
inpatient medical record at RSUD Cibabat Cimahi; (2). There was data input of
recording completeness analysis of inpatient medical record using Microsoft excel
which allowed an error; (3). There was incompleteness of statistical calculation
by manually and not optimally yet.
The suggestions gave to solve the problems in recording completeness
analysis section of inpatient medical record RSUD Cibabat Cimahi was : (1).
Building the information system completeness of recording of inpatient medical
record; (2). Implementing the information system completeness of recording of
inpatient medical record; (3). Optimizing incompleteness of statistical
calculation; (4). Giving a training to staffs who would use information system
completeness of recording of inpatient medical record.
