APPLICATION
Asteion is a whole-body CT (Computed Tomography)
scanner which utilizes slip-ring technology for the continu-
ous rotation of the X-ray tube and detectors. The combi-
nation of a high-speed scanner and a large-power,
high-voltage generator meet every diagnostic requirement.
Solid-state detectors and optimal reconstruction tech-
niques ensure high-resolution images.
The Aspire CI technique with excellent performance record
is included in the standard composition,* and meets the
requirements of advanced diagnostic techniques.
A high-performance CPU, large-size color monitor, hybrid
keyboard and refined GUI are employed to make the oper-
ation environment more convenient.
