Professional Growth Plan

GOAL 1: Develop classroom routines which allow for effective classroom management
and enhance student learning.
TQS Focus: 3(b) using instructional strategies to engage students in meaningful learning
activities. 4(b) using appropriate universal and targeted strategies and supports to address
students’ strengths, learning challenges and areas for growth. 4(f) employing classroom
management strategies that promote positive, engaging learning environments

Sub-goal 1: Use strategies that are well-researched and have proved effective for other
teachers.

demonstrate their skills in a meaningful way.
