Our client hired GPO Facility Management services with the purpose of reducing maintenance costs considerably and to
implement an information system for asset and incident management to supervise building maintenance in general. This

Our Facility Management department made an inventory of the client’s property portfolio, identifying and characterizing
buildings, areas, systems, and equipments and then they drew up a maintenance planning for each asset. They also
established a quality system for maintenance management, which allowed providing a strict control over the service level
fulfillment required by the client.
All the previously described data and parameters were introduced in a computed information system which will make
asset and incident management easier. Finally, a system of supplier approval was defined and a terms of reference of the Pastas Gallo Factory Tecnocampus of Mataró

maintenance services was carried out, which allowed setting off the previously developed management systems.
