VISUAL INSPECTION REPORT FOR

BOILER PRESSURE PARTS LOWER
PANELS (UNIT #6)
Preface
This is a visual inspection report for the pressure parts of Unit#6
According to our visual inspection, some pressure parts were damaged by corrosion.
We mention that furnace lower tubes (Left and Right side )have remarkable damage
by corrosion. Especially, furnace side wall lower tubes were damaged seriously and
we recommend replacing the severe damaged area in this outage.
The recommended repairing procedure is included in this report.

For the future outage, we recommend preparing the spare parts for repairing the
damaged parts.
Finally, we believe that this report includes valuable information for further
improvement in operation and maintenance of Rabigh Power Plant.

Inspection was carried out by Marwen Lasmar & Hamoudi Moez.
