 The team members already in health care business specilay in the sector of Physiotherapy and
having 7 clinic in Odisha runs under the trust Hellophysio.
 Hellophysio is an ISO-9001-2008 certfied organisation .
 The details of regarding this organisation can be obtain from www.hellophysio.in.
 Currently there are 22 proffesional working in this organisation in its 7 physio care centres under
the brand name Pain & Fitness Clinic
 .This small experience help us to establsish a new private limited company and implementation of
multi chain clinical establish ment.
 As all the members are clinicians and with either public health or marketing experiences in health
sector, they them self act as their core strength and support each other effectively to roll out the
plan.

 Registration of clinical setup under clinical establish ment act and full fill of its pre-requistes.
 Neccesary pre- promotion and branding,Marketing strategy implementation.Hiring of Human
resource for one clinical set up.
 Financial arrangement for the project .

16. Why do you want to locate in IIT Bhubaneswar Startup Centre?


The major reason for choosing IIT Bhubaneswar as Startup Cenetr are
 Our first objective is by winning the start up compeettion we want to proof the potential of the
start up proposal and proof our self that we are in the right direction.It boost our confidence and
IIT-B provide moral support to esblish our innovative model.
 Hope to getting the initial millege by using the name of the IIT –Bhubaneswar & the guidance
from the mentors.
 Hope to develop required operational softwares and technical tools to operate a smart clinic for the
smart city. Basicaly we aim to seek help from the IIT students in this mater.
 Initialy the office setup and guidance we avail obtain from IIT.

1. Office space: The initial office for the start up will be at IIT-Bhubaneswar.
2. We need electricity supply,internet and a furnish office set up.
3. Nedd of an mentor who can guide us in developing the prototype and lunching the prototype and
provide techno managerial support for scale up.
4. For scale up we expect IIT-B should fascilitate the funding either from Bank or any funding sources.
IIT-B may help us to explore various funding sources.
5. IIT-B may facilitate us to participate in various B-Plan competitions, start-up events to shadow case,
develop brand and attract funding agencies.
6. We need various software’s to run the multi chain health canters and also need to develop some in
house technical components to establish smart clinic which include low cost tale medicine units,
health centre operational sofa ware, quality mantainnce softwares, auto mated health check up soft
wares and units, establishing health help line.
7. IIT-B may help us in developing our website,social markeinting tools,Digital marketing strategies and
aids.
8. We except IIT –B should with us still we scale up the model and make it a fiancialy viable model
which can provide common citizen health care in affordable and accessible.

 The “My Smart city My Smart Clinic” the Future Health Care Center for Urban Citizen
of Odisha with aim to provide Primary Health Care with an aim to avail both Preventive ,
Promotive & curativehealth care,Health Information, Education, Guidance, Referral,
Consultation & Counseling under one roof.
 The Service Basket includes
 Primary physicians consultation (During Morning & Evening time)
 Round the time (24x7) trained Nursing services including first aids.
 Specialist Physicians consultaion ( During Evening Hour Only)
 Physiotherapy treatment during Day time for pain management & rehabiltaion.
 Life style modification consultaion which includes occupational & ergonomics
consultation,Dititian & nutritionist consultation,Clinical psychologist consultation
for mental health conditions an dmedical social worker counsselings.
 Products like phramcy,health care aids, health care supportive equipments,
prosthesis & orthosis.

A. Target Sector of business: The primary sector is Health care sector with sub domains like Primary
care,Paharmcy,Pathological,Home care,speiclist ,e-health. The primary health care is defined as the
health care which aims to provide solution for preventive and promotive health and stermline the
referrals through specialists consultation for seeking secondary & tertiary care.Basicaly teh nature of
primary health care services are aim to early diagnosis of disiease and provide curative heath care with
health education and counselling. To increase the business spectrum this unique model includes
provide pharmacy & Pathological fascilities under one roof.

in cost effective and durable innovative architecture. The specie need for a Smart clinic is only 400
square feet which is very compact and it uses health check up kiosk, single line health helpline,minor
ot,OPDs,Physio clinics.The innovative arrangement and space management able to coapcet the space .
The below given picture is one demonstrative model ( Not patent).
D. IPR issues: The “My Smart city My Smart Clinic” is yet not registerd under any trade mark so the tam
able to achive its Trade mark registration and the service basket is very unqiue in naure and the team in
futir may apply for the patent of this service mix.The compact deisgn also need to be patented in
future.
E. Stage of development:
 Finacial arrangement : The fisrt step to start work.
 Formation of a registerd company: the initial step to register in company act and trade mark
and other IPR registration.
 Proto type development: One proto type developed and piloted in any part of Bhubaneswar
city within there month of commencement of project.
 Scale up of primary model of first generation of smart clinics: the fisrt generation of smart
clinics develops with its basic futures which focus only in primary health care, out sourcing of
pharmacy and diagnosis service. 10 numbers of such clinics establish first and after a period of
2 Year the next phase of more 15 new clinics set up.
 During the 2nd year all existing first generation clinics converted into second generation smart
clinics by adding few more services like in-house pharmacy.dignostics and ambulance
services.

I. Market Size and Potential : Bhubanaswar City with a population around 9 lakh and with population
density more than 2000 per square kilometre .The decadal growth of the city around 20 %.The city
populations economic composition is very variable ranging from daily wages labour to high income group.
The health care model mainly target all middle income group population and some low income and high
income populations. Though there are number of public health, private health care facilities but still a potential
gap found as over the counter and self referral drug consumption rate is very high in the city. The large net
work hospitals are economically not accessible to a wide range of population where as the public health care
facilities fails to provide quality care. The middle players are create a huge parallel market but not organised to
provide all less than one roof. This model of health care aims to full fill the void in the existing market and
create a niche for it.

ICT, technology, e-health/health IT conferences, workshops, seminars.
 Present it in other business competitions and entrepreneurship promoting programs.

outcomes and compared with existing one and projecting one.
 SWOT analysis and take proper action to come out of box.
 Demonstrate the same to various sate govt. and other interested organization for PPP modes
for some clinics.

needs in initial phase of development.
2. The member-1 ( Dr. Sulagna Singh Deo is financially independent women and owner of one pain
& rhabiltation center. She also capable to bear some initial costs.
