OHM is an experimental music project started by Soumajit Ghosh and Aditya Shankar in July
2009 and later on joined by Chirantan Banerjee. They are presently working alongside a German
Pianist/Songwriter/Composer Holger Dressler & several other freelance musicians namely Arif
Khan (Tabla), Pratik Srivastava (Sarod), Nilanjan Ghosh (Tabla), Srinivas Iyer (Emcee), Souptik
Mukherjee (Western Vocals), Rishab Dhar (Percussion) to name a few. Aditya met Soumajit at a
common friends place in the year 2006, later Soumajit contacted him to work in tandem. They
started to jam together and eventually realized, it were two brains but one action, miraculously
their ideas matched always. Right now they are working on a National Hindi album. They have
already done several documentaries including a British documentary under Director Ben Christie.
