designed to require fewer trucks
and containers than competitors'

company operating in the Asian
market.
They wanted to design a Derrick
with a special disassembly system
that did not exist in the market at
that time.

to design and construct a
revolutionary Derrick Luffer with a
disassembly system that made the
disassembling of cranes at great
heights a much easier operation.

market, needed to provide a specific
service to customers who had
installed cranes for the construction
of buildings over 100 meters.
There was no Derrick on the market
that could meet these needs.

This is a truly unique project which The machine itself is a 3-level crane
required all our expertise and designed with 6 arms each
inventiveness acquired over decades equipped with a high-powered
of experience. 1200 kw winch and an overall lifting
capacity of 40 tons.
We were tasked with the design and
engineering of a revolutionary 6-
armed crane for use in the
renewable energy industry.

It will be unveiled

This customer had an idea in mind of
a Luffer he wanted to manufacture
and offer to the market, but he could
not find anyone to develop a
functional design.
STRATEGY
ENG Cranes worked with the
customer to design and start-up
production of an innovative 10-ton
capacity Luffer, with double
counter jib and smaller overall
dimensions compared to all other
Luffers on the market.
