Assistant Manager
After my internship I was promoted to assistant manager where I held the position for two years. I
built relationships with customers, employees and the community. I earned multiple Top Sales
rewards and was a key player in the stores success leading to mulitiple Store of the Month rewards.
We earned the Top 10 Stores reward out of 400 plus stores. I gained experience in recruiting,
interviewing, and training through the Manager in Training program.
Intern
I evaluated the stores success by leading a department and establishing new growth opportunies.
I grew personal and store sales numbers through deveopled sales techniques. Opened and
closed the stores while overseeing employees and obtaining team and store sales goals. I was in
charge of product rotation, store visuals and training employees.
