Updated Guidelines on the Harmonization of Local Planning,


Investment Programming, Resource Mobilization, Budgeting,
Expenditure Management, and Performance Monitoring and
Coordination in Fiscal Oversight

• Section 11.4 provides that the DILG shall coordinate with provinces
in the conduct of the review of the approved CDPs of their
component cities and municipalities using the CDP Review Guide
