We have the following three categories:

-heart medication: for which we have 10 % discount for more than 5000 boxes.
-birth-control pills:for which we offer 7% discount for more than two lots ordered.
-heart medication:without discount

Order: 145 A of 15 December 2018

I am writing in connection with The above-mentioned order,the three categories of

pharmaceuticals.

While checking order,I noticed that the 5 batches of drugs,one batch of birth control was
expired.We assume that You have sent to us expired batch,rather than send It to the factory
toxic waste.
Because we want to sell them in our pharmacies,I wish if you can and you agree to send us
a new batch of pills.
If you do not agree,we will terminate our collaboration and we will ask for a compensation for
losses suffered because we didn’t have the products in pharmacies.
Expired products will deal with our staff. But if you agree with a new transport we would like
a discount of 10% instead of 7%.
