clinical management guidelines. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (the College) con­tin­u­ous­ly
surveys the field for ad­vanc­es to be in­cor­po­rat­ed in these series and monitors existing bul­letins to ensure they are cur­
rent. Individual bul­le­tins are with­drawn from and added to the series on a continuing basis and reaffirmed periodically.
