QALCO EPHD Gear Oil

Description
QALCO EPHD Gear Oils are advanced technology, heavy duty, and extreme pressure industrial gear
oils. They are formulated with high quality paraffinic base stock with sulphur – phosphorus additive,
which ensures good high speed shock load, and low speeds high load performance. They are the most
commonly recommended EP Gear oils for industrial application.

Application
QALCO EPHD Gear Oils are designed to meet requirements of lubrication of bearing and enclosed gears
operating under extreme or shock load conditions. They provide higher load carrying capacity and better
thermal stability evens at very high temperature.

They are also recommended to lubricate speed reducer gear boxes, cement mills, sugar mills and mine
hoists.

They are suitable for helical, spiral bevel, hypoid and fully loaded spur gears. They can also be used in gear
boxes where DIN 51517 Part 3 type, US Steel 224 is recommended.
