In accordance with shielding the identity of a sexual battery victim, as explained in the following narrative, an adult female involved with this investigation is listed as D.F.. Her brother, who is one of two victims in this investigation is listed as J Both persons identities are known to the affiant. 7” Upon arrival at the medical center I spoke with Officer Tranberg. She relayed to me that she was at the artival of Detective Bentley so that he could speak to D.F. (involved other) in reference sexually battery the day on SW Avondale Street (PSLPD 2019-01909), In that incident Radravious Wiliams (offender) was reported to be the suspect. D.F.’s brother J.N. (victim) and William Diaz (victim) learned of the sexually battery and told D.F. tocall 911, aN and William later went to look for Radravious in the 1900 Block of SE Hillmoor Dr. At some point they were shot at by Radravious. While pulling into the complex | noticed Officer Reynolds with an unknown individual, later identified as J.N., and the rental vehicle that was Jdamaged during the shooting (Grey Nissan Altima FL Tag: 208LYV). It should be noted the vehicle had two visible bullet holes. One was located in the windshield as if a bullet had penetrated through the open driver side window or open door. The other hole was into the driver side rear door and it appears the bullet then traveled through to and striking the passenger side rear door. 1 prety spoke with JN. and asked what had happened. He said that after law enforcement responded to his house for his sister, he went out looking for Racravious to ight him for what he did to his sister. He said that he drove the Nissan te the area and saw Radravious siting in the back seat ofa white SUV that is owned by Radravious gititiend Trntlee Poole (involved other). Also, inthe driver seat of this white SUV was Trinitee's mother Sara Lancaster (Involved other). JN. said erat he puted into the parking spot across from the SUV to conftont Radravious and as he got out ofthe car, Redrevieus shot 2.240 at im and Wiliam. He said thatthe bullet went past his head and struck the windshield. JIN. said that he ay backed out and left the area the same way he came in. He said that as he was leaving he heard another two shat | then proceeded to 1980 SE Hilmoor Dr and spoke with Officer Klearman who revealed the folowing: jr was dispatched to the area of 1930 SE Hilmoor Dr for multiple calls for “shots being fired.” Oe. We approached the area on foot and locates the [Scene which was in front of 1930 SE Hillmoor Dr Apt 141, here were two vehicles parked in front ofthe apartment, determined to be related to this incident. The first was a red Jeep Cherokee (Ohio tag, see vehicle screen) and a white Ford Expedition (paper tag, appears unregistered). The Jeep was [pulled into a spot facing in and the Expedition was backed in, Contact was made with three females in Apt 141 who reported that shots appeared to have been fired [dentited as Sara Lancaster, rinitee Poole, and S.P. The women fst described having pulled up te t Jeep. He said that J.N. and Wiliam were setting him up for money that was taken from J.N fand that when he saw the rental car pull In, J.N, was in the passenger seat and William was driving, Radavious that J.N._was crouched down inside the vehicle and was holding a 38 revolver. also said Radravious said that the car pulled into the area across trom tem any fat when they backed out, they shot at him, Radravious acoounts ofthe shooting are not truthful when it came to the location of Sara and Trintee and wheniwhere the bullets he fired into the vehicle occurred, Based on the above information probable cause exist that Radravious Williams did violate F..S. 790.19 Shooting into or throwing deadly missiles into an occupied vehicle when he wantonly or maliciously, shoots at, within, or into, or trons any missle or hurls or projects a stone or other hard substance which would produce death or great bodily harm. at within, or in [any public or private vehicle of any kind which is being used or occupied by any person.
