1. Why did you choose to study your degree subject?

Ans: I decided to get my degree at business administration because, it fits in perfectly with my career
aims and it provides better learning of business skills and knowledges.

2. What did you most/least enjoy about your time at university?

Ans: In my time at university, the thing I enjoyed most is meeting new peoples. This thing helped me
to develop my communication skills. And my least enjoyed thing at university was spending time by
converse with friends during exam time.

3. What skills did you develop at university?

Ans: I developed my communication skills by meeting new peoples, teamworking skills by working
with teams in many assignments, problem solving skills by solving many business cases and many
other skills I have developed by many activities during my study at university.

4. What was the most challenging aspect of your degree course?

Ans: The most challenging aspect of my degree course was time management. In pressure of work I
faced problems and challenges. But at that time, I developed my skill at ability to work under pressure.

5. How did your degree help you in this position?

Ans: During my degree course, I get complete knowledge about management, marketing, sales,
human resource, finance and I also developed as many skills possible for my future career. So, my
skills and abilities are definitely going to help me in this position.

6. Tell us something about yourself.

Ans: I am Abdullah Al Noman from Dhaka. I have done BBA from American International University of
Bangladesh. During my time at university, I developed lot of skills. I am very sociable can adopt to
environment quickly and able to work under pressure. These skills make me able to take initiatives
and to be productive.

7. What do you like doing in your spare time?

Ans. In my spare time, I like to read books. I like to read science-fiction books of Muhammed Zafar
Iqbal.

Ans: According to me, managerial skill is a necessary skill for this position. Because in order to maintain

Ans: My strengths are my positive attitude, punctuality and hard worker and my weakness is I am a
bit introvert sometimes, which I am recovering by improving my communication skill.

Ans: My biggest achievement is completing task project goals by great team work.

Ans: I have been watching this company for a long time. This is a very well named company with a
flexible workplace for employees and that really caught my eye.

Ans: The website of this company is very well organized and eye-catching. It includes all the necessary

Ans: This is a tech company and all the other tech companies in the market of our country are the

Ans: Explosion of internal data of company and emerging technology can affect the industry over the
next few years.

20. How do you typically approach new projects?

Ans: First of all, I identify the project’s main task, then I determine the desired outcomes, then I
determine the time line and at the end I revise the project and review it with team mates.

Ans: I follow basic management strategy. First of all, planning for a goal or objective, then organize it
properly, then lead my team members to work properly and then I control all the work according to
the plan.
22. What sorts of things do you like to delegate?

Ans: I like to delegate clear and normal tasks or a part of a project to someone. If I have people to
whom I can reliably delegate a task, then I delegate it.

23. What qualities do you look for in a manager?

Ans: The qualities I do look for in a manager are honesty, communication and leadership skill,
confidence and responsibility.

24. How do you handle stress?

Ans: I always try not to be stresses at work. But when I am stressed, I play short game or listen to
music to handle stress.

25. Tell me about your ability to work under pressure.

Ans: Working under pressure is one of the skill that I am good at. I have developed this skill during my
degree course. I can perfectly work under pressure without being stressed.

26. In what environment do you work best?

Ans: I am very flexible to work at any environment. But I like to work at silent and clam environment.

27. What motivates you in terms of work?

Ans: I like to be part of a team with a lot of bright people who have interesting ideas. That is what
motivates me to work in teams.

28. What interest you most/least in your current work?

Ans: The workplace of my current work interests me most and the goals and objectives of my current
work interests me least.

29. What would you change about your current job if you could?

Ans: I would like to change the objectives of my current job like- sales target, staff management etc.

30. Why are you considering leaving your current job?

Ans: I didn't have enough challenges at my current employment. After a while, all the projects became
repetitive. That’s why I am considering leaving your current job.

31. Why did you leave your last job?

Ans: I really loved my previous employer and the incredibly talented people I worked with. But the
location of workplace was very different and far away from my home. That is why I leave my last job.

32. What are you looking for in a job?

Ans: I am looking for a position that fits my ability, skills and qualification and the workplace with
proper flexibility and employee satisfaction.

33. What do you think will be the most challenging aspect of this role?

Ans: This is a management job and the most challenging aspect will be also management. Workplace

management and employee management both are tough job to handle for a manager.
