Requesting for Renewal of the scholarship Agreement

My name is ASHENAFI FENTAHUN, working at health informatics department in the rank of

assistant Lecturer. I am second degree student in Information Technology. currently I have already
completed the whole course, and now, I am doing my research (Thesis) but I haven’t been able to
finish the scholarship based on the agreement, therefore I need some additional time for it. And I
would like to renew the agreement for 6 month of till June,2019
