Our office is located at 347-V Tingkat Pemancar, 11700 Gelugor. Our current headcount for all legal
entities located in the same office is around 40 full time employees.



Kellee started her career with Arthur Andersen HRM (Tax Svcs) Sdn Bhd in February 2000. In 2003,
she left Andersen to join PricewaterhouseCoopers Taxation Services Sdn Bhd as a Senior Associate
Consultant. She left PricewaterhouseCoopers in December 2012 when she was a Senior Consultant
(Manager) and currently she is a Director of T & K Tax Savvy Sdn Bhd.

Kellee is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and also a
member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountant (MIA). She is currently the Northern Region Branch
Chairman of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM). Kellee is also an approved income tax

Kellee has over 18 years of experience (as at Year 2018) solely in taxation related matters, specializing
in corporate tax. Her corporate clients (past and present) include multi-nationals, Malaysian public
listed companies and SME companies in various industries mainly manufacturing, services, food and
beverages outlets and trading which are located in Penang and the Northern Region.

Other than tax compliance, she is also involved in tax audits negotiations, tax appeals / disputes, tax
planning, tax incentives, withholding taxes consultancy, GST consultancy, general consultancy on
Real Property Gains Tax and business advisory such as advising on accounting entries, cash flow
management, bank facilities application, product costing, debtor’s control etc


Mei Ching is an Associate member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and
Administrators (MAICSA) and 20 years of experience (as at Year 2018) in corporate secretarial work.
She has extensive experience in corporate secretarial requirements for private and public listed
companies and provides advisory on corporate governance, due diligence reviews, liquidation,
compliances with the Companies Act, Bursa Malaysia and Securities Commission.

She started her career in Kuala Lumpur with M&C Services Sdn Bhd (secretarial arm of KPMG) in
1998 and later moved back to Penang to join Securities Services Holdings Sdn Bhd (secretarial arm of
Arther Andersen). She left the public practice in 2002 to join PLB Engineering Berhad as the Group
Company Secretary. She subsequently came back to the public practice in 2012 to join Boardroom
Corporate Services (Penang) Sdn Bhd, subsidiary of Boardroom Limited, Singapore, as a Manager and
is currently a Director of the Secretarial Department of TJH Group.


Khor Yong Yong is the founder of RW William Yong which is affiliated to RW William Network. He is
also recently admitted as a Partner of Moores Rowland with effect from 1 January 2017. He holds a
Bachelor of Business Studies (Accountancy) from Massey University, New Zealand and is a member of
the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, (“CAANZ”), Malaysian Institute of
Accountants (“MIA”). He is also an associate member of Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (“CTIM”)
and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Malaysia (“IPMA”). He is an approved company auditor,
approved tax agent and approved liquidator awarded by the Ministry of Finance. He has more than 18
years of relevant practical experience (as at Year 2018) in the public practice industry including
experience obtained in one of the Big 4. He is currently responsible for audit and assurance.
Yong Yong has been involved in diverse range of industries – from plantation to timber, property
development, automobile manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical R&D and manufacturing, trading,
freight and forwarding, publication, tour and travelling services etc.


Ms Jolyn Lim is an associate member of The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and
Administrators (“MAICSA”) since 2000. She joined TJH Group in 2018 and now heads the Corporate
Secretarial Division. She has wide experience in corporate secretarial in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong
Kong and Mainland China. She is also associated with various Chambers of Commerce and charities
organizations abroad.


Ms Liling specialize in Personal Tax and has over 10 years of experience (as at Year 2018) in taxation
related matters. Her corporate clients (past and present) include multi-nationals and SME companies
in various industries which mainly consist of trading, services, food and beverages that are located in
