I, the affiant, have good reason and do believe that on or about the Ist day of January 2015, one Jackie Cody Grace Jr. did then and there in ‘Navarro County, Texas commit the offense of Improper Relationship Between Educator and Student a violati of Chapter 21.12 of the Texas Penal Code a Second Degree Felony offense X_Affiant’ belief is based upon the following facts and information which Affiant received from: X Affiant's personal investigation of ths alleged offense, Sgt. Lavon Denson #1302 a fellow peace officer of the CISD Police Department who personally participated in the investigation of this alleged offense, providing this information to Affiant, and whose information Affiant believes to be credible. (0n 12-28-2018 at approximately 16:00 hours, CISD Sgt. Lavon Denson #1302 was contacted by CISD Superintendent Dr Diane Frost, pertaining to an identified, CISD student victim, W/F, 18 yeas of age, making an outcry that inthe year of 2015, (suspect) identified to be Jackie Cody Grace J. Teacher and Coach, employed with CISD during that time, had Intimate, sexval relationships withthe known victim student, identification protected). Officer Philips #2320 and Set Lavon Denson #1302, conducted an investigation, where we made contact with the student victim in person. Victim provided a sworn statement stating that beginning on approximate dete, 1/1/2015, while she wasa student at Corsicana High School, her Softball Coach, she identified to be Jackle Cody Grace Jr. 8/22/1979, a Teacher and Coach employed at Corsicana High School, began texting and communicating inappropriately with her. Victim student female then stated (suspect) Grace then engaged in physical contact with her by touching her on her breast and genitals over and underneath her clothing, and kissed her while in the classroom (suspect) Grace was teaching in, at the Corsicana High School (3701 W. State HWY 22 Corsicana Tx, 75110). Victim student stated her and Grace engaged in sexual conduct by his pen, penetrating her mouth while she was a student and (suspect) Grace her Teacher in the Spring of 2015. Evidence was collected supporting suspect Grace did commit the above offense. Victim identified suspect Grace by being her Softball Coach and Teacher for four years, and providing identifying information pertaining to Grace. The state does wish to prosecute against Jackie Cody Grace Jr. for committing the above offense WHEREFORE, Affiant requests that an arrest warrant be issued for the above accused individual in accordance with the law.— ND FOR NAVARRO COUNTY, TEXAS MAGISTRATE'S DETERMINATION OF PROBABLE CAUSE Onthis the __25 day of p— 20/4, I hereby acknowledge that I have examined the foregoing affidavit and have determined ¢hat probable cause exists forthe issuance of an arrest warrant for the individual accused therein.
